I like that plan. I find it interesting that the 1st amendment which says "congress shall make no law" is OK to limit. (You can't yell fire in a theater.) But the vague 2nd amendment with just says you have a "right to bear arms" can't be limited for any reason. No yelling fire in a theater but don't touch my assault rifles designed for nothing else but mass murder.

What is it with you anti-weapons fanatics, with your obsession with identifying weapons with genitals? I certainly hear things with that implication MUCH more often from anti-gun people than from gun rights advocates. Sounds pretty … Freudian. On YOUR part.
And even if your implication that gun rights folks DO think that way is true (I’ve NEVER seen any evidence to back it up, but just for the sake of argument), which is worse, someone who mistakes a tool for their genitals, or someone who wants to take everyone’s genitals away?
Sounds like you have a problem with sex, as well as guns.
Historically, "gun control" in America has been based on racism, and no amount of talk about public safety will erase that connection. The first "gun control" laws in the USA were designed to disarm freed black ex-slaves and radical left poor white militias in the post-Reconstruction South. In other words, these laws were designed to protect the KKK by preventing their victims from shooting back! And I would argue that the purpose of such laws haven't changed much since then.
And as long as Americans are NOT guaranteed jobs, housing, and medical care, violent crime IS guaranteed to be part of our lives. As a working-class person, am I supposed to just lie there and take it when people, turned into criminals by the dog-eat-dog and beggar-thy-neighbor "ethics" of capitalism, try to take what little _I_ have?
Not on your life! And I mean that literally.
Call the cops for help? Don't you know that it's PROVERBIAL, how long the wait is, before cops come to help in a minority or poor white neighborhood? And in some big cities, the cops are actually in gangs and responsible for some of the crime!
I'll give up my guns as soon as you can GUARANTEE that the Klan, the Nazis, the New Federalists, gay bashers, the anti-abortion Christian terrorists, Islamic fundamentalists, the police, the army, the Mafia, and every sleazy, drunken off-duty cop who wants to prove he's a man - are disarmed.
But as long as the unofficial (and official!) rightists are armed, I will be too.
We also have literally TENS OF MILLIONS of poor people who live in rural areas, areas so far back in the country that a European would think of it as wilderness. Yes, in the U.S. And hunting provides a significant amount of their food. Would you disarm those people, too? How will they eat?
And while I realize that my rifle or handgun will not hold off a satellite-guided missile or an Army helicopter, I think that if the presence of so many arms in civilian hands makes a George Bush hesitate even ten seconds before instituting his more repressive measures, than it is worth any trouble they MIGHT cause in society.
And you anti-gunners' favorite whipping boy, the NRA? They're more interested in racist-tinged anti-crime rhetoric and supporting whatever war our leaders have started this week than they are in making sure the public is armed.

The question was once answered by Chris Rock:
"We don't need gun control. We need bullet control! You can buy a gun for 100$. But what if bullets cost 5000$ apiece? You would think twice before shooting somebody. Oh he really pissed me off. But can I waste a two month salary on this bastard? Whow this guy really pissed off somebody!! He has 50.000$ worth of lead in his body."

gun regulations will in user-friendly terms result regulation abiding electorate, so criminals may be the only ones with weapons and that could be undesirable. although if anybody carried a gun then mass gunfights might destroy out for stupid reasons. There might desire to be some regulations in place to regulate weapons yet there is relatively understand way keep away from one individual from killing yet somebody else. And crime will proceed no remember what it is going to easily adapt

It would be impossible to control ammo, since it is so simple to make. Loading and reloading supplies are easily gotten in the marketplace, if you want to find them. Guns and other weapons are also easy to get if you know where to go for them. It's all too easy for criminals to obtain.

Try to purchase armor piercing rounds. Lets castrate all the folks opposed to the second amendment which protects all the other amendments to the constitution. That would be a better solution.

It works for me. I will have to secure a place to make it though. Talk about a black market just waiting.
BTW, Don't forget to outlaw tire weights, that's where my bullets come from... or Linotype... or plumbers lead... or computer manufacturers solder. Oh forget it. Sarcasm and / or irony is lost on anyone who buys your line of drivel.
Just wait, 10 minutes after the Second Amendment falls the attacks will commence on the first and your free speech rights. Where would a lib be without free speech, after all they are ALL mouth.

It really is surprising how many people want to take away, or even stifle, or somehow just plain mess with a Constitutional right.
Try and get my ammo hear? I can make more.
