If someone get caught driving without a license.... The person is over 18.

I was given a 'title' pack for my birthday which says that i can change my title to 'lady'. the pack says it is totally legal and they have issued me with a certificate but is this actually true? and can i have the name put on my bank cards and driving liscense? Please help!!

are there any other restrictions if to be able to get a gun liscence? - I mean besides not having a criminal history and obvious stuff like that.
What is your honest opinion on the gun laws in the U.S.? Do you think that if it is made harder to get access to guns will lessen the crime rate? Or do you think there is another reason for the horrible high rates of murder and shooting?

My common-law partner from the UK has recently joined me in Canada on a working holidaymaker visa. I had been living with him working on the same visa for a year and a half. I have been starting to go through the application process for Common-law Partner Sponsership but I am a bit confused. Does anyone know if it is possible to sponser him while he is still in the country? The application forms seem to always mention out of Canada information and addresses, etc. I would be greatful for any help since it is hard to get some answers through the CIC website. Cheers!

Is it a good or bad thing?

I'm asking because I've seen people on here post lot's of negative Q&A's regarding multiculturalism, like it's a bad thing.

Now please correct me if I'm wrong here but I as under the impression that multiculturalism was nothing more than people of different races and ethnicities living together in a given society? like what the US and UK are like now.

Is my definition of the word wrong? I'm thinking it might be, cause like I've said I've seen loads of folks talk about multiculturalism in negative light and that only 'bleeding heart liberals' would want such a society.

Does it have something to do with immigrants not assimilating? yes? no?

So any learned person who listens knows that there is more to 9-11. That the terrorists weren't in Iraq, etc. That we had warnings since the 80's. Pearl Harbor was also somewhat of a conspiracy. The President made a plan to intentionally provoke Japan into "striking first" so that the U.S. could enter war with Europe (which citizens were opposed to). What's another government lie, with about equal standing and importance of these ones?

Is management viewing porn while at work enough to warrant sexual harassment in the workplace? We have a completely unethical and immoral manager who should be let go just due to incompetence; however, to his higher-ups it does not matter. Has anyone thought about how not just American was taken away from the natives but Mexico Canada well everywhere really... immigration has been done throughout all of history... i guess i'm just asking the pro's especially those that are pro immigration when it comes to Mexican illegals if they thought about the Mexicans... have ever thought about how their society was formed... they aren't the Native people that were there before the Spanish came...
