why does NATO have bright blue helmets? I figure they use them so that badies won't shoot at them, but is there any symbolism behind the color scheme?

Will you sing the corporate anthem, and with a tear in your eye, go on into battle against other corporations in the theatre of war?

(hello...? this is a "privatization" question! I always have snotty come-backs saying "this isn't a question" - it IS a question- will give your allegiance to some company?)

First of all I'm going to assume that you actually believe this and aren't just trying to slime them because they have differing views...anyway if this is the case, then how do you explain things like:

Concern about increased terrorism resulting from our invasion of Iraq

Concern about increased terrorism resulting from being distracted from Afghanistan

The destruction of a CIA operation (if you've never heard of Brewster Jennings then look it up) devoted to tracking WMD's from Iran

The attempted sale of our ports to an Islamic country with known terrorist ties

Bush's extremely close relationship with the Saudis (who produced 14 of 15 9/11 hijackers and just today released 1,500 al Qaeda prisoners http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,313063,00.html)

In your view of reality, why aren't liberals cheering all of these things? With so many "truly liberal" issues to criticize Bush on, shouldn't liberals be keeping quiet about things that further the goal of US destruction?

Looks like America is recognizing success in Iraq. What is this going to do to Democrats come election time?

P.S. Check out the title of the article. Just another example of liberal bias. An entire article discussing the success of the military, but the headline is about Americans wanting us out of Iraq. Pretty funny.

At least Wikipedia has the goal of neutrality. And it documents its sources with links to the actual source. So I would say the Wikimedia foundation, and more specifically Wikipedia, has more credibility.

And before anybody pulls up who watches what more, keep in mind the question is credibility. Which is not based on how man times somebody watches it.

It´s for a translations I´m working on, therefore harder since the law has different names in different languages, but I need a full explanation of the meaning of "noncustodial setting".
The detective bumps into a guy who was charged and released on absence of evidence and later uses their chat to arrest him again. Whats the noncustodial setting here? The fact that they bumped into each other in a coffee shop? Or the fact that he didnt ask direct questions? Or yet that he was arrested on different charges? First charge was obstruction, second some misdemeanor? HELP! (The guy is not a criminal and the cops are only trying to arrest him to force him to say who is responsible for a murder)
Thanks

The obvious answer would be Guiliani because he's a Republican...

But Guiliani also is a two time divorcee, committed adultery, is pro-choice, has donated to Planned Parenthood for years, had a NYC program that payed for poor women to have abortions, has marched and DRESSED in gay pride parades, and has children that do not talk to him anymore. He was cheating on their mother while still married.

Are socially conservatives going to swallow their pride for someone who intentionally (((went out of his way))) to "kill babies"?
