Chances are, if those two make it to the big show, Rudy will win. Historically candidates, don't win on a platform of raising taxes, even if it is on the rich. Just the words "raise taxes" scares people. Clinton took her chances and is running on that platform. Also, the polls show a deterioration in Clinton's strangle hold on the womens vote. I'm not saying that I'm a huge Rudy fan, but if those two run, history shows Rudy winning.

They both suck....Rudy is way underqualified as his entire political career is highlighted by 9/11 (that is, after all, what catapulted him into the national spotlight...even though the more we are learning he didn't do as much as we thought) and Hilary is just a scummy person. I'm sick of the Clinton/Bush dynasty in the oval office. Seriously, ENOUGH.
In terms of that election though...I think the American voters will be hesitant to elect a woman, even though she is a Democrat. Rudy takes it.

To early to tell, but I think if this is the match up it will go to Rudy.
I agree with many that both candidates are bad candidates but am simply answering the question which has a more than slim possibility of being our reality.
