Haven't been and come back from Iraq yet but I hear story's from friends all the time...
Gives me the creeps...

If he pays taxes in Great Britain or in the USA or in any of the other countries with Iraq Vets he is helping take care of Iraq Vets.

I think that is delegated to one of the many government programs...the twice elected President of the United States, President Bush is busy protecting the country from democrats who want to pack funding for troops with pork.
