Has anyone thought about how not just American was taken away from the natives but Mexico Canada well everywhere really... immigration has been done throughout all of history... i guess i'm just asking the pro's especially those that are pro immigration when it comes to Mexican illegals if they thought about the Mexicans... have ever thought about how their society was formed... they aren't the Native people that were there before the Spanish came... I'm pretty sure the blood lines have mixed (insert sarcasm here)... please stop trying to use the "You took America away from the Natives" card because pretty sure your ancestors did too... make points with facts not feelings...

I find it interesting that some think that Spain is not part of Europe.
People alter History to fit their needs. In Arizona, one of the school taught that Spanish conquerors were much more Humane. They onle conquered to convert the ignorant Indians, while the ENglish just wiped them out. I know that the Spanish was far more brutal and was shocked that they were teaching this in High school.
Mexico was far more Brutal to the Amerindian. The horror is they still try to wipe out their Native population. THey tried killing off the Indiginous people as recently as the 1990's.
In California, the Mexicans tried to starve the Native Americans out of existence. SOme of the tribes invited us in, because of the brutality.

I think in order to answer your question, you need to familiarize yourself with history. Not just American History, but Mexican History too. You must realize that at one time all the land was together and slowly separated. There were some residents here when that happened. Those we will call natives. The Aztecs first lived in the Arizona/New Mexico Desert and migrated into what is now Mexico searchin for a vision. Natives are all those tribes of indigenous people that inhabitated this continent. There are thousands of indigenous tribes throughout all of North, Central and South America. Countries did not start to form until Europeans came over and divided it. A small part of us Mexicans is European, because of the Spanish blood mixed with indigenous blood. Throughout history, slowly the indigenous tribes have slowly disapated because of the mixture. Yes, we too somewhere down the line of ancestors must claim the theft of a pure and proud heritage.

I really wish people would just drop the crap about how we stole the land from Mexico or the native Americans.
What matters now is that the area that is considered the United States of America is NOT Mexico and those that are here illegally should not be here. They have no right to be here and MUST leave.
Another tired line is, "We are a nation of immigrants so we have to let everyone come here." BULL SH*T! We are a nation of LEGAL immigrants. My ancestors came LEGALLY!
That is the law. No emotion involved, just FACTS!

The Spanish Conquistadors raped, pillaged and murdered their way from one end of South America all the way up through Central America and well into what we now call Mexico. The blood they had on their hands makes what happened in the United States and Canada look like a church picnic.

One aspect of our conquest of what became the USA is not mentioned. True & I'm not making excuses for this although it was public policy at the time was the treatment of Indians. In other lands & earlier times the ENTIRE population would be wiped out & every effort to eradicate the previous "owners" was made. This we did not do.

I dont know about Mexican history that much but i do know this; "they" owned just a few miles of the southernmost tip of texas PERIOD. They didnt own Nevada, Arizona, California etc. And i for one and not for giving them any part of this country. Drive them out by any means necessary. Let them fix thier problems there, not run away and take our land, homes, jobs, neighborhoods. Drive the illegals out, all of them, no matter where they came from.

If the illegals really liked the way Mexico was treating them then they wouldn't be trying so hard to get over here.
Why is it that they try every way possible to get over here, then when they do get here they try every way possible to make the U.S. into Mexico? I don't get it.
If they like Mexico so much that they have to fly their flag above the American flag then why did they even leave to begin with?
