SERVERS!!! i have to tip out %10 of my tips to the restaurant owner! i've been working at this place for a month and at first thought my %10 went to the kitchen. i found out that is not the case! the money goes to the owner! am i the only one that thinks that's nuts! there's NO BUSBOY, NO BARTENDER and NO HOST. so yeah, the servers pick up the slack of these 3 missing positions. plus the computer won't let us clock out until we claim %100 of our credit card tips. on a day like today where ALL my tips came from cc's, i made $120 except i actually took home $108...but still had to claim the $120! what's worse: if you're a server you know your tips get taken out of your paycheck too, plus you pay taxes on it! i've tipped out about $160 thus far, most of which i've had to claim, gotten deducted and taxed on! does anyone know if they are actually alowed to take my very hard earned money? btw: i live in florida, orange county. thank in advance to anyone who cares.

They already have their own government and lifestyle just not the official name. If they are independent from China by name, I believe they will be a pretty major world power and people around the world will actually know what country Taiwan is! What do you guys think?

I see questions all of the time on this forum like "George Bush is stupid, right?" and "Is George Bush an idiot?" But my question "Is Hillary evil?" was deleted. Again, the double standard of the left. It is only legal to criticize and insult conservatives. That is free speech, but criticism of the left causes outrage (and my darn question getting deleted)

hello, i join the army on jan 29 2003 with a contract of 3 years and around may of 2004 i re-enlisted for a 5 year contract until 2009 but in april 2005 i got in trouble and got discharge with a bad conduct discharge. but i hear a rumor that once u reenlist u get a honorable discharge for that time u have already done..so my question is if i still get my gi bill benefits for the time i did before i renlisted?

In Sydney for instance we have some very upmarket Harbourside suburbs, some of which contain Public Housing or Housing Commission blocks of apartment, you can always tell them apart ! Why is this, why does the scourge of society plague us by "stealing" Million dollar views ?

How fair is it that most people are forced to pay exhorbitant rents or are mortgaged to the hilt and these bludgers enjoy the same upmarket water side address ? Shouldn't they be relocated to the country, or outer suburbs ?

...what are those principals and how are they uniquely Christian? And how do you reconcile the parts of our Constitution that contradict Christ's edicts? For example, the Constitution allows for usury. It also allows retaliatory punishment. Christ said to turn the other cheek.

In fact, I challenge anybody to name even one uniquely Christian principal that is also mandated by US law. I'll grant that there used to be blasphemy laws, but the supreme court ruled those unConstitutional years ago.
