The following site for the communist party here in the USA www.cpusa.org in the last few elections has endorsed almost every democrat that ran for President. I really don't understand why democrats have such a love affair with the left and marxist ideals.

I believe that those of us that vote for Liberterians and Republicans would not vote for anyone endorsed by communists, so why do you?

How can police go around arresting people based on DNA evidence when we share 98% of our DNA with chimps? It might be chimps going around committing all the crimes??

She received a citation for "Obstruction of traffic in an intersection. When her insurance guy contacted me he says he is investigating liability. Does that make sence?

The Constitution makes the President the Commander in Chief of the US military. The Constitution also requires that the US government, of which the President is Executive, shall preserve a republican form of governement for the US and the individual states as well as to defend the US.

Further the President takes an oath to protect and defend the Constitution which requires the points above.

Doesn't is stand to reason that someone who is a "pacifist" or is "anti-war," who would be unwilling, morally or philosophically, to use the military isn't suited to the office and should be considered "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office" per the meaning of the 25th Amendment and should be disqualified even to run?

There are many theories that help us better understand our constitution and the law and help us figure out what it really means. Why is it so important for the Bill of rights to apply not just federal government but state government as well?

does this sound fair? ethical? a man drives under the influce of meth amphetamines causes an accident, killing 3 people, severely injuring 2, bonds out, 2 days later, arrested for driving under the influence of meth amphetamines, possession and paraphernalia, gets 15 total for all charges. for the same if driving under the influence of alcohol would have carried a steeper sentence, does this makes any sense? i know i am close to the case, so i may be being close-minded.

saddam's regime?

150,000 innocent civilian deaths as a result of saddam's genocide

655,000 innocent civilian deaths as a result of iraq war

hard to defend the iraq war by saying that the people are now better off. more people have died as a result of the invasion than of one of saddam's genocide.

I read an article yesterday about a black American family who were on vacation in Mexico. The youngest child was a 15-year old girl & she went to a Mexican restaurant - there she complained to the waiter because the food was bad - the waiter got angry and shouted "shut up you n*****!"

Is that legal? Even if it isn't then how can some people have the audacity to blurt out insulting racist words at people (particularly at young women)? I mean Mexicans, Blacks, Asians we are all dark skinned people so why should we hate each other like this?
