Very interesting article that somewhat explains the disparity between 'morals' and 'integrity'. In my mind, I've always equated the two as being the same thing... obviously that's not really the case.
As for the 'morals'... I'd say the questionable morals and disparity between what's said and what's done can be found all along the political spectrum. It's just more obvious when the Republicans 'fall off the pedestal' because they stump (and stamp) on morals to appease the religious coalition constituency.

Does the 911 commission report ACTUALLY answer the real question about how 911 happened?
Questions like; why was the 20th hijacker Moussaoui in custody for weeks before 911 and the plot not foiled?
Why did FBIHQ obstruct terrorism investigations in minneapolis be denying requested FISA warrants?
What did Bush do after getting a warning on 8/6/2001 to ensure Americas national security?

interesting article although I do think this would be more appropriate in the psychology section.
Anyway as far as your political implications are concerned this same concept can be applied to Democrats and liberals, who beleive it is people's moral obligation to help the disenfranchised and other such things. someone can be very generous with other people's money but at the same time can be greedy materialistc or very stingy.

Of course...Mark Foley, Bob Livingston, Henry Hyde, David Drier, Ted Haggard, Newt Gingrich, Larry Craig, George Will and Bill O'Reilley represent the Republican morals well.
You haven't seen the tip of the iceberg and I mean it. For some reason the Republican Congress and staff are loaded with queers.

They don't lead by example. It seems to me they are worried about everybody elses morals when they should be worried about their own.

about as much as democrats do.
both are devisive in nature and divide us as a nation.
"i don't like you because your a republican....no i don't like you because your a democrat."
in the struggle for both parties to get elected, they share the power exclusively and flip flop back and forth spending YOUR money like its going out of style to the tune of 9 TRILLION $ in debt.
be independent for once in your life. find someone to vote for that will restore our republic back to its rightful owners. We the People.
