I have an issue with slum land lords and Manager.They are constantly harassing me so I could move out. They have tried to evict me 2 times once I won the case and the 2nd time they send me a lawyers letter just to move out and I don't have to pay..My apartment is roach infested ,I have no oven it is completely out of service the gas company said so.And much more problems to list.I have called The health department as of 2 months ago and no professional work has been done.I don't know if owners were fined for failure to comply .The manager has illegally went in to my apartment which I have a police report and just today the manager decided to do work on the building where my parking space is so I had to park about 2 blocks away.I got a camera and recorded him saying I didn't receive a 24 hour notice at least so I could get a parking closer.I also have been to the hospital because I had a break down because of them.I don't know where I could get help or what I could do.Help?

A friend of mine and I got a phone together, the sales person said there were no activition fee and that the phone bill would be $69 dollars a month. My friend and I decided to go ahead and divide the bills to where each of us would pay roughly $40 a month. The first bill was little over $200 I went ahead and paid $100 and he still has not. Everything is in his name. We just got charged $50 late fee. Since I paid my share on time, should I have to pay for the late charge fee as well? Just doesn't sound right. My mother says, 50/50 means just that.
But I paid for my share on time. I personally don't think I should have to pay for late fees. Would I have to legally?

We are corrupt, in debt, uneducated, scientificaly behind, and are hardly keeping up with other world powers (China). What is our future looking like, I just heard that China was the new largest world power and America has fallen greatly behind in economy as well.

Our military is strong but thats about it, could a good president posibly turn this around.

I was pulled over for running a red light and the officer gave me a ticket for that and for not having a car insurance. The car was borrowed and it was insured, can he do that or can I fight it in court?

I have to pay the ticket or go to court by Nov. 28
total of $652.50.
