I have received a notification for jury service recently, but I am living and working in overseas at moment and indefinitely, how can i get over it?
Can I use living in overseas as an excuse and exempted permanently??? What should I do???

I am currently studying law and my legal terminology text states that, in most states, each prospective juror is entitled to one postponement of up to one year from the date summoned if the assigned date is not suitable. Notify the court clerk in writing that you are not available and ask if a permanent exemption is available to you.

If your over seas how can you attend jury duty. Write them a letter and explain. Or call them. I know someone that used that they were prejudice and he got out of it. Wrong way of doing it but it worked.

you get your employer to write a letter of exemption....I have done this many times
