Why would you tell someone that you had booze in the trunk?
Is your Dad riding home from the store with you?

If the drinking age in your state is 18 yes. If you are in a 21 and up state then no. If you carry alcohol in your trunk and are under the drinking age it is illegal and you can be arrested.

NO because you are holding alcohol when your only 18. You have to be 21 to drink and even hold a beer. It's not a good thing to underage drink. Just wait instill your ready. It's not something really important to miss in your life.

No because they are in your possession if they are in the trunk of a car you're driving. You could claim you didn't know they were there, but that probably won't fly. Unfortunately, that claim would be your best shot at not getting cited for possession by a minor.

Depends what country you are from....
For example:
Australia, Yes, the legal age to buy alcohol is 18.
USA, No, the legal age is 21.

If there is some one of 21 yrs old or older. If not then no its possesion by a minor.

No. You would still be a minor in possession of alcohol, and subject to a criminal charge.

You are not old enough to buy it, I dont' think having it in your car is anymore legal.
