Joe Biden has been declared the winner of past debates for his ability to give straight answers to questions and his encyclopedic knowledge of the issues that matter most to the United States.

The question is: does the Media choose the next president or will qualifications and experience eclipse name recognition and celebrity status?

NO one seems to be talking about the real cause of the record breaking foreclosures ....instead it seems a convenient sacrificial lamb has been found in blaming it all on unscrupulous lending.

Hillary Clinton kept saying she has experience. The irony is that she never says what kind of experience she has. If you happen to attend a democratic debate, can you ask her to explain to the American people what kind of experience she is talking about? What kind of experience does she realy have? Being a first or being senator without getting anything done?

I work in a group of 3 that report to 3 different VPs. One of my coworkers dated my VP for a year, broke up and now have a VERY personal relationship. I know they still engage in "pillow talk." She told me that she talks about me and my performance to him but it's all positive (even though Iasked her to stop.) When he can't find me for an answer, he goes directly to her about my work. On top of that, she is extremely confrontational and can be hostile. I feel like I have to constantly mindful of what she is saying to him (and others) and what he says to her. Someone told me that I have a hostile work environment? Do I and if so, what can I do??

So why is it when I post a question that all I get back is rhetoric and very few solid answers and a lot of assumptions about what I believe?(which by the way I actually did answer when somebody posed the question this afternoon)
Is there a theme here that certain people just want to scream and yell their opinion? If that's so why not write a blog nobody will pay attention to?
Are you afraid to answer based on the identity you've chosen for yourself?

I know that this question is a bit silly b/c there are many variables such as height, weight, age, athleticism, etc. However, all things being equal, who do you think would win in hand to hand combat between the SEALs, Army Rangers, Marines Force Recon, Delta Force, Army "Green Berets", etc.? Also, please explain your reasoning. Thanks!

Can wife envoke spousal immunity in the event of a criminal trial with charges brought from her against her husband? Can't seem to find anything for sure.

Please can someone clarify - what exactly is the law regarding leaving babies and children alone, whether at home or on holiday in a foreign country? I cannot believe that it is within the boundaries of the law to leave 2 and 3 year old children alone unless you are in the next room.

Hillary got rocked during last debate. I think she will be very sharp tonight. And of course Dennis Kucinich will steal the show.

Does it not mean 'without prejudice and tolerant, favoring progress or reform, not strict'. It would appear that the term is taking on a new meaning these days. Either that or conservatives don't like the above mentioned concepts?

The gentleman shown above, Coragryph, passed away a few days ago and is being buried in Boston.
I felt some should know, as he was a standard some of us tried to copy.
His answers were always thoughtful and thought provoking. He will be missed.
I will post this each day for the next several days so all are informed.

Rest in Peace, C.

Restating question because it was hard to follow.

About a year ago I purchased a piece of electronic equipment from best buy. with a two year store warranty

In the meantime the manufacturer boosted the warranty to 3 yrs

A month ago it broke
I called the manufacturer tech service and they asked for the serial number and advised me that it was totally broken and that they would send me an empty box for returning it.
I told them that i had a store warranty and they told me to just throw away the box when it arrived.

I did not send it to the manufacturer, I brought it back to Best Buy.
I received a new one free of charge because of my store warranty.
I assume that Best buy sent the defective back to the manufacturer for a replacement because it was still under the manufacturer's warranty.
Yesterday I received a new item in the mail by Fed-Ex
(no one signed for it)
I now assume that it was an internal mistake at the manufacturer's and I wondered if they would be able to charge me.
