Where can I find details regarding a specific lawsuit currently in the court system?

My Girlfriend is currently suing the dealership that sold her her car and I would like to find out how the suit is going and any info that is available. I am out of the area for a few weeks and so am looking for online information.

"Some" courts make calendar information available online, so you can see what court dates are scheduled.

Nothing more than that will be available online for an ongoing case, I'm afraid.

If you're REALLY curious, there are legal messenger services that will send someone to the court to make copies of the file and fax it to you.

Have LOTS of room on your credit card :-)
