Seeing as how he's an illegal immigrant and that the Kents took care of him, he would probably help anybody that needed it. Obviously if they were criminals, murderers, smugglers, etc Supes would take them to the proper authorities.

Actually in a Smallville episode, that deals with the immigration issue. Clark Kent helps the migrant workers....
There's a line that Clark Kent says to Martha Kent he's illegal and he's no different then those people working in the field.

I'll try to find a clip in youtube or somewhere online.

You are not doing anything to win over Americans or show that we are wrong. You are exactly the reason why we oppose illegal immigration.

We are not worried about superman; we are more taken aback about super idiots, like yourself.

It is always easy to judge the USA. Did you realize the Mexican laws on immigration are much stricter than ours? But I guess that doesn't matter, because only Americans are the bad people in your eyes.

Superman's home world was destroyed, so he would be able to obtain amnesty (legally, under the law) , and be considered a American citizen.

On the down side, he could never run for president.

He was just a baby when his Earth parents adopted him as their own child. So he got citizenship from them right away.
