No!
Illegal immigrants have not earned any privileges. Privileges like our social services and citizenship need to be earned not just given away to people who show absolutely no respect for those things, our citizens or our generous nature.
We take in more LEGAL immigrants then any other country. We allow those immigrants unbelievable opportunities and we get repaid by illegals DEMANDING amnesty and flying the mexican flag over ours.

the only right they have is a one way ticket to their country of origin. since to enter our country is a civil violation warrants, and miranda do not apply. the only attorney you get is the one you pay for. there has to be a rule of law and it's meant to be followed. a land without laws that are obeyed falls into lawlessness. the only reason they have any privileges now is because our government is violating its own laws and will until it's citizens all get a backbone and organize against them to force them to enforce our laws. look at the link and you'll see just how far off base our government is by not enforcing our immigration laws, because it is a civil violation it's quite easy to deport illegals. they just haven't done so until recently because it's benefited them. read the article ON THE LINK and get mad. we have and have had all the laws necessary to deport every last illegal from the U.S. it's a lie that the task of removing 12 to 20 million illegals is
too great, they came they can go. they are going by themselves and through deportation, it's happening and it's happening now. our politicians still need to be pressured to finish the job. find a group. make your calls, send your faxes and emails to politicians if you don't know how to do it ask others.

We as citizens dont get immunity for breaking the law so why should they. Privileges are for citizens not the ones who come illegally or over stay their visas.

None! They came illegally, if they are working they are doing it illegally and they are destroying our nation. Our hospitals, schools and don't think for a minute they're not getting ADC, WIC, and food stamps, and they think they deserve it. For what? Our middle class is supporting everyone in America with our taxes, the very rich and very poor don't contribute nearly what we do. I'm not ready to fail due to their selfisness. Or the selfishness of the rich and powerful in this country, that's what the constitution saves us from.

No, they came here illegally. They broke the law to come here. That means they don't belong here. Why should we reward them by giving them privileges and rights of a person who obeyed the law. Why would anyone do it legally if they know they can just come over and get all the rights and privileges without earning them. I say we close the borders, round up the illegals and send them home.

Because of our liberal policies they get privileges I can not get but pay for. I want accountability, what is wrong with that?? The only privileges or rights they should get is a swift kick in the *** to Mexico and any whom disagree can go with them because apparently they must live a sheltered life away from them, they have trashed my home town.
PS Daniel F,
They are getting benefits, I now for a fact, lets see, schooling and lunch without proof of vaccination, if one gets medicare then several will us the same card (straight from a doctor office QUOTE) hell they even get offensive when there is no interpreter, drivers license (according to the law they are a benefit - privilege), etc.......... It is also against the law for them to be here but............................................

No. Because their numbers and poverty is ruining our schools and services and we should discourage them being here at every possible point.

They should not have statutory privileges, other than basic human rights.
They do have constitutional rights under the 14th amendment.
