TO me, it's an Oxymoron. What seperates us from animals are laws. We believe that the individual will more likely prosper if we put the community first. That we have rules that makes us "civilized"

The founding fathers had as one of the principles of the United States, that it be a nation of laws (consent of the people), not men (kings, queens and the like). This was said in 1776 by John Quincy Adams. I see no inference to immigration whatsoever.

The Supreme Court is the law of the land,And Congress legislate those laws "a Nation of Laws" means we are obligated to adhere to those laws, "And not of man" means no one has the power to neglect those laws, if they do not agree with them. There is a defined process of how to change a law by an act of Congress or a Supreme Court ruing that the Law is unconstitutional.
Edit
A democratic society must operate under the rule of law !

who else hates this aejfivi creep? means we have alot of laws that are not being enforced to feed the starving government and bush administration. if the laws of immigration were being followed there would be less slave labor. and less taxes setting the white house dinner table.
