When and where?

Complaints came down last week. Just bloggers, but complaints they have 15 days to answer to. I have dozens of links from Hsu to the federal lobbyist $ (moral issue not illegal) also the same taking 10 mil from the State of New York running for re-election placing it into the Presidential war chest. Edwards said on ABC This Week today ... beyond immoral I believe the system is corrupt...

Can an independent council rule on such matters or shall history prevail and yet another Judge hands out a free pass?

For you Bush mongers, you have every right to pursue your thought of illegal war. But obviously, legally, there are NO legs to the argument. With Clinton she did not keep proper records regarding the Chinese $ and that alone is a violation. She never returned all the HSU funds... the first complaintant wants the $$ ?? Any ideas?

I was hired for a white-collar job in IL. The compensation paid is salary (not hourly). The type of work I do is mainly at a desk using a computer. For the job I was hired, it is clear to me that I am not eligible for overtime pay.

Now, due to recent changes in my employer's needs, I'm temporarily doing blue-collar work in a factory. I'm glad to help out and don't mind this, but I'm just curious if I should be getting overtime pay for the hours worked over 40.

By law, am I elible for overtime pay while I do the factory work?

Immigrants are being taken from their jobs by ICE and leaving behind their small children. Infants, toddlers and teenagers are being left behind with no family. Is this fare? Now these children were born here so they are citizens, but how shall they support themselves when their parents have been taken away from them. Now yes they could go back to their parents, but for the toddlers and infants how?

Our teacher sponsor for prom recently quit out of frustration with the officers' constant bickering with the students and each other over the prom theme, DJ, location, fundraising, the price...Currently, senior dues are $240 total, which includes senior activities at the end of the year, but also depends on $2000 in fundraising (an optimistic figure). Each homeroom has two representatives, but hardly any of them show up to meetings. People are spending far too much time blaming everything on everybody else and not trying to come up with better ideas. Does anyone have any suggestions for how I could approach the committee and tell them some of my ideas? Do you think I should talk to my representatives and offer to take their position, since neither one of them cares enough to show up to or speak up in meetings? I have a lot of good ideas, but they're not being heard in the current setup. I want prom this year to be fun, drama-free, and let everyone have a say in how it will happen.

Hi!
my family and I lived in Italy at Aviano air base for 8 1/2 years.
I'm half italian so basically all my family is there. My mom got stationed to go back to the states.
I've been living in Texas for 3 years now. i really miss Italy. My mom just retired from the military and I was wondering how can we get back over there?
There is a 5 year rule to stay but I want to stay there permanently.
My mom doesn't want to work for Aafes because she says she won't get paid alot at all and that's like the only job I know where you can stay as long as you want. What other jobs can my mom get that pay good and allow you to stay? My dad would need a job too. Any ideas? What about any local italian jobs?

OUT OF BUSINESS?
Pan AM and Lockerbie... Swissair 111?? who knows TWA is tanking? Egypt Air?

If you look back at those we know of and those we wonder? Each time a major airliner bit the dust or nearly. Then the effect to Boeing, Lockhead and all the companies that our military depend on for our forces?? Think about it?

9/11 they knew to target United and Eastern. Why them, again? Why not Continental?

No government conspiracy I just want to know do you think that these plans are deliberate down to the wire? Not random. And add do you feel given current events commercial cruise liners are at risk. As a fully loaded ship now carries up to 4,000 people and can ram into a source to create? Thought s hereanybody?

The Marine Corps is a sub component of the Navy. It per-se isn't a service. The Coast Guard is the most versatile service. They protect the Navy when in port, keep open our waterways, save peoples lives, perform law enforcement duties around the world, protect the environment, and keep the Marines safe. The Marines need the Air Force and Coast Guard "And" Army and Navy in order to survive from year to year.

Remember when Bush was trying to get a UN resolution to authorize his invasion of Iraq? Nobody wanted to support the war, so Bush threatened them.

If Angola didn't vote yes, Bush would cut their aid.
If Mexico didn't vote yes, Bush would cut their immigration.
If Chile didn't vote yes, Bush would kill their free trade deal.

As it turned out, none of those countries supported the war. What ever happened to those threats? Did he do those things and we just didn't hear about them?

Or were they just the empty threats of a deluded, impotent leader of a fading power with no moral authority?

My neighbors teenage sons were shooting birds with a be be gun. I made a comment to a coworker about how stupid people are for senseless killings of animals, when they have a hard enough time just surviving, I wish all guns where ban. That's when he asked me that question. I would very much like to come back with the answer.

My underage neighbors smoke (not entirely sure it's tobacco) in their front yard. Normally, I would just let this go, but they dump their butts all over my yard, and there are tons of little kids in the immediate area, some with life-threatening respiratory issues. We also caught them smuggling a keg into their house. Can I call the cops on them when they are smoking? (I live in CA if that matters) What will happen if they are caught smoking tobacco, and what will happen if it is something else? I also worry because they smoke in their cars, and then drive off right after.
