Immigrants are being taken from their jobs by ICE and leaving behind their small children. Infants, toddlers and teenagers are being left behind with no family. Is this fare? Now these children were born here so they are citizens, but how shall they support themselves when their parents have been taken away from them. Now yes they could go back to their parents, but for the toddlers and infants how?

Obviously they can be shipped to their parents, but who is going to do this? The parents are already taken from teh jobs at the JOB SITE, not from their home. You racist idiot.

Quote ~ "Immigrants are being taken from their jobs by ICE"
A. If they are illegal they have no right to that job, and therefore according to the law should be deported.

Quote "leaving behind their small children. Infants, toddlers and teenagers are being left behind with no family. Is this fare?"
A. As a responsible parent would you leave your child behind? No, responsible parent would do that, they would take their child with them.

Quote"....Now these children were born here so they are citizens, but how shall they support themselves when their parents have been taken away from them."
A. A minor can not support them selves either financially or physically and emotional they need a parent and/or family.

Quote"they could go back to their parents, but for the toddlers and infants how?"
A. As a parent it is your decision to look ater your child no one is telling you including ICE that you must leave your child and abandon them in the US, those are the actions of a irresponsible person

Life is never fair, but the illegal aliens know that they are here illegally and face deportation. If their children get left behind then they should have thought of that in the first place before having children in this country and it is their fault for putting their children in that position anyway. This may sound cold hearted but the law needs to be based upon logic not feelings.

All things that fall under should have thought about that BEFORE we broke the law and came into a nation illegally.

Do we feel bad for murderers, thieves, etc who go to jail for their crimes and leave behind wives and kids to fend for themselves. No we do not. So why should this group of criminals be any different??
When you choose to break a law (crossing into a nation illegally) you must deal with ALL the resultant consequences.
Using sympathy to justify the fact that illegals have no right to be here is not going to work, so stop it. The simple fact is, they should have thought about all of this before coming here illegally. If they would have followed clearly known rules, this would all be moot. I believe that law should be and will be changes so that only the children of people here lawfully can be US citizens and nip this little anchor baby thing in the bud. You should not be allowed to reap the rewards of a crime and that is what giving citizenship to a criminals child is doing.

So yes it is FAIR and in addition it is the LAW. Something you people seem to have a problem with in the first place.Don't cry now that your actions and the law are finally catching up to you. Tough luck.

The parents are not separated from their children. They will get them and they can go with the parents. If the parent has someone that can raise that child they can give guardianship to them. The root of this problem is the parents. They came illegally. They knew what would happen if they were caught so it ultimately their own fault. So they are the ones who were not fair to start with.

...sigh...

Yet another moron who somehow equates immigration rules with "racism". Anyway, there is a difference, they are lawbreakers, they knew the chance they were taking and took it anyway. Too bad for them.

Add: No, genius--I've broken laws before--knowing full well the consequences of getting caught. I broke the law today, as a matter of fact. I knowingly drove 65 in a 55 zone, knowing full well that if caught, I would be subject to a fine. Laws and regulations are put in place for a reason. Sob stories are not justification for ignoring or not enforcing them. Illegal immigrants, regardless of ethnicity, knowingly broke the law when they circumvented the system. If they chose to involve their children, that's on them, not the American taxpayer.

ICE does NOT take "immigrants" from jobsites.

ICE does enforce American federal Immigration laws.

Criminal trespassers illegally residing within the boundaries of the sovereign nation currently known as the United States of America, are subject to detainment and deportation proceedings by ICE operatives and officials.
Parents are responsible for the care and welfare of their offspring until the time the offspring is legally emancipated,or reaches the legal age to be responsible for themselves.

This is as fair as it gets, deal with it.

Yes.....we have children of criminals being "left behind" everyday as they are toted off to jail. We have children being left without parents who have been killed by illegals and they just run for the border and come back to do it again. Price you pay when you break the law. Parents should have thought about that before bringing innocent children into their nightmare and using them for their benefit. Life ain't fair.....deal with it. This is America.......not heaven. This is reality and life.....not some fantasy world of your creation where you make your own rules and decided which ones to live by and which ones not inspite of what they actually are. It's totally fair when people don't respect the rule of the law. It's not like they don't know that.....they took the risk...got caught....too bad. Too late for tears now and you're not getting one from me.

There is nothing "racist" in what I am about to say. I am a legal resident who will receive citizenship in three days' time.

I intend in the future to make SURE that any and every illegal person in this country or in any country is reported and is deported back to their own country.

Heh! I can do that now if I so choose!

There they can go about applying for the necessary paperwork to begin their lives anew LEGALLY.

There IS no other way. Period.

By the way: Stop referring to illegal migrants as immigrants.
They are NOT immigrants. They are illegal migrants.

There is no end to what they think America should do for them, is there? I make sure my children are not put into jeopardy, they don't. It seems very apparent the parents (illegals) didn't do much planning and that is our fault, how? Why not start protecting their children now, go home and take care of them.

Hence the term "sins of the father."

Children under the age of 18 belong with their parents. Deported illegal aliens should take their children with them. These children can enter on their own when they are 18.

The word is FAIR. And life isn't.

I don't think its FAIR I should have to pay my part of the $70 billion FARE to support illegal alien criminals either.
