If you listen too much to conservatives you would swear he said nuke m all but I can't find it anywhere in the Bible.
He said turn the other cheek but this is not a theocracy? Good to see conservatives care about separation of church and sate for once though it's no surprise it's only when their violent and oppressing ways are endangered.
Wish they remembered the not theocracy part when consenting adults want to marry someone they love or a female doesn't want to be forced to be a living incubator and chooses to end her pregnancy but their imaginary friend supposedly said that's wrong. Which He to the best of my knowledge didn't even do. His words on war and enemies are clear and they ignore them. To discriminate against gay people they twist rare obscure verses to fit their agenda of hate and discrimination.
Conservative Christians are really something else.

You are implying that Christians are hypocritical if they wage a preemptive strike on a terrorist organization that has tortured, raped, and beheaded it's enemies?
What would Jesus do? I think I'll ask him tonight, but in the mean time, If I have the opportunity to save Millions by killing a few thousand, then so be it.
If I were Jesus, It would be easy to just wave my hand and make everything ok. However, no mortal has that power my friend. So I will continue to fight for what I believe in and hope that I made the right decision.
I'll pray that we all do.

Turn the other cheek. But no one follows that, not even people who call themselves Christians. Who would? I don't think anyone is going to allow anyone to hit them while they don't do anything.

Forgot the movie, but Egor said to Dracula that "Do unto other first before they do unto you, you taught me this master"
Found this in G Bush book of lies and way to handle problems.
Most of you might say this belongs in another form, though I think the guy/lady is trying to inform us of G Bush's tactics.
Back slid'n all the way up the hill G Bush?
"History teaches us that underestimating the words of evil, ambitious men is a terrible mistake," Bush said. "Bin Laden and his terrorist allies have made their intentions as clear as Lenin and Hitler before them. And the question is, will we listen?"
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071101/ap_o...
If I am not mistaken, Bin Laden is not a threat to the US. So why on earth would G Bush use him like this?
Just goes to show how much this man is a lier!
Somebody prove me wrong please, come on cons rep, answer the question...
Did he just not lie to the world? To his country? To his fellow man?
Yes or No?
If War Denial is dangerous, then Bin Laden must be a threat! It would be nice if this so called man made up his mind for the better of our troops!
Sorry Bas;lkj;

He said turn the other cheek. He was speaking to his disciples and not setting governmental policy. This is not a theocracy, it is a republic.
