I read in todays paper that immigrants are being given priority on the housing list.. I think it is totally unfair. My daughter has been waiting 3 years for housing and yet these people come into this country and given housing.

Every election I am forced to choose between someone I dislike (Hillary) and someone I dislike even more(Guliani). I like Obama, although he lacks experience. I just like the fact that he has worked with both sides of the aisle throughout his political career, which I think is what we need to make any real changes in our country. While I don't think he is ready to be President, I think his message is something that more politicians should take to heart. Instead we are left with two people who are going to be just as divisive as Bush is and nothing gets done. These choices suck.

The NAFTA agreement was drafted over many years during both Democratic and Republican administrations, it was backed by representatives of both parties at the time of it’s signing. I feel its economic impact on America is obvious with the loss of jobs and industry here in the U.S.A. My question is, could the NAFTA agreement be repealed, who would back such a repeal and could we once again rebuild our country’s industry? Serious answers on the issue only please I'm not looking to throw rocks at either party.

RUDY: She never ran a city, never ran a state, never ran a business. She never met a payroll. She's never been responsible for the safety and security of millions of people, much less even hundreds of people. So I'm trying to figure out where the experience is here.

HILLARY: My experience of 35 years as an advocate for children and families, as a citizen activist, as someone who helped to bring educational reform and health care reform to Arkansas, bringing the children's health insurance program to fruition during the years in the White House, my time in the Senate. I think my experience on both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue. (She then goes into a Bush Cheney bash session).

So what makes her qualified to be president?

1. I entered the bar, was inside for 2 mins, none of my friends were there, so I l turned right back around, got in the vehicle and left. 0 alcohol
2. After driving more than three miles I am pulled over by an officer that I recognized, but did not recognize me at first.
3. He rudley told me to get out of the vehicle, and gave me the 'pen' test. As I told him who I was and who my family was (can't blame me for that, the guy was treating me like crap).
4. He got even angrier and had me Call someone to come get me.
5. SO, if he suspected I was drunk driving as I walked from the bar to my vehicle, why not stop me as soon as I hit the public road, not 3 miles down the road where a legitmate drunk driver could potentialy hit somebody and kill them while the polive officer watched?

This explanation provided to accomodate answers like the one provided by Domino in "Police unfair to citizens leaving Bars' posted earlier.

I am more democrat then modern republican but Mr. Carter really has been getting on my nerves lately. His administration was worse then even George Bush's yet he thinks he is right about everything when it comes to the middle east.

Clinton used weapons against US citizens in Waco that were banned under the Geneva Convention.

And, 31 little innocent American kids ended up dying.

Now. Tell me what's so bad about waterboarding terrorists.

Americans keep making less and spending more. That lifestyle is contributing to supersized debt and the decline of progressive politics.

even after hearing ALL the evidence about how much it helps people in pain, and the fact that its chemically impossible to OD on it. Not to mention the fact that ITS A ******* PLANT!!!!

Thats all it is, its a plant, jesus.

So, I would like to hear a real argument against it from the American people. how is the illiegality of smoking MJ NOT a complete invasion and raping of my personal liberties.

Why shouldn't we just regulate it like Tobacco, you can only buy it if your 18 and its Illegal to give it to a minor.

Name just ONE negative aspect about it that you couldn't find with Smoking or Drinking.

I know that most politicians wont legalize it beacuse there in the pockets of Big Pharm (Cough...Hillary...) and they don't want a cheap affordable easy to grow and effective pain killer cutting into there market.

If its so immoral to smoke Pot, what makes it okay to drink, it impairs you just as much if not more, and smoking causes DAMN CANCER

PS. I have never smoked a joint or a smoke, nor have I ever had a drink in my life. I believe that MJ should be legal simply beacuse people have civil liberties, I personally HATE lazy Potheads, but its there right.

The House has passed a revised version of a bill that would provide healthcare for low-income children.

But President Bush has the nerve to tell congressional Democrats to "stop wasting time."

President Bush must stop ignoring the needs of America's families. Eighty-one percent of Americans support the effort to give 10 million children health care.

It was only made illegal in 1937 because the people who used it mostly were latin immigrants. No one has ever died from an overdose on it either. Scientists still debate whether it is addictive.
