Yes, and most definitely Yes. No mission is predetermined to identify human cost. Each is postured for success, at no loss. A mission at war has a very strong possibility of loss and contingency plans must be in place to cover the areas that might indicate a weakness in the mission. But then not everyone could do this. Only those naive enough to think these things could be avoided need to remain in cubicles somewhere safe.

Yes, we successfully got TD Euwaite nominated to be the next president of the comedians and poetry society. It was a deadly fight with many bodies strew around, but succeed we did.

In a manner of speaking. I cared for my late-husband for many years while raising our six children, mostly on my own. I did the best I could, but the kids would be a lot less lacking in discipline had my husband not become ill. I have a lot of emotional battle scars.
