Every election I am forced to choose between someone I dislike (Hillary) and someone I dislike even more(Guliani). I like Obama, although he lacks experience. I just like the fact that he has worked with both sides of the aisle throughout his political career, which I think is what we need to make any real changes in our country. While I don't think he is ready to be President, I think his message is something that more politicians should take to heart. Instead we are left with two people who are going to be just as divisive as Bush is and nothing gets done. These choices suck.

Although Obama lacks experience, it would be a refreshing change. And at least he has minimal skeletons in the closet. I find him to be a refreshing change. I wasn't a big fan of Edwards, either, but I like how he really champions for the underdog.

I don't like Guliani for one reason: Although he helped clean up NYC, I don't like the heavy handedness he approved of in the NYPD. The number of lawsuits skyrocketed against the force under his watch, and after Bush's attack on our rights with the Patriot act, I'm not eager to let that happen again.

Life is imperfect.

There are 300 million Americans. Candidates have to have broad appeal.

And the country is pretty deeply and evenly split on major issues. The last ten years have been pretty unusual in this regard. In the past there was more of a consensus, or a less pronounced split between the parties.

Just pick the best choice available.

I also like Obama, and think that he would be the best. But, if it comes down to Clinton and Giuliani, I think I'll vote Giuliani. I know that if Clinton chooses Obama as her VP candidate, they'll definitely get my vote. But unless that happens, I would have to go with Giuliani.

I think that both would be much better than Bush, and I think that while they both have different ideas, their Presidency would have a positive effect on us.

Yes, it often comes down to choosing the lesser of the evils. The ones I personally like don't stand a snowballs chance, so I'm sure my vote in the G.E. will end up being cast to defeat the one I like the least.

What's wrong with government getting nothing done? It seems the more they do the more they mess things up. Then they want to throw more of our money at it to fix what they broke. I think we should elect the Lone Ranger for Pres. or Spider Man. There isn't one politician I trust in any party.

I don't like any of them to be perfectly honest. I think the best choice is Newt Gingrich, he has experience and has worked with both sides of the aisle to get things done. His contract with America was amazing, and it is what got the first SCHIP bill passed. With Newt working his political connections and his understanding that you must give in order to get, we would get some real work done in Washington.

You just have to weigh your pros & cons and make the best decision you can. I have never "fell in love with" any candidates in the past either.

Clinton vs. Dole. I didn't dislike either of them. I thought both would make good Presidents.

What is it you dislike about Hillary? Is it things she's said, or things that someone *else* said she said? There's a big difference. Maybe you should read one of her books. She's a smart lady who has spent her entire life trying to make the world a better place.

Put me down as a write-in and check the box. Aside from a couple of my ex-wives, people like me. :)
