Life in Prison, it is also a capital offense so you would be eligible for Capital Punishment. If the Feds have any brains it would be mandatory Life without Parole, but I don't know if the Feds use life or LWOP. Chances are that they used Life and made the punishment 100 years to make sure that Parole wouldn't come up.

You would get Death...the Federal Government still has the Death Penalty, and seeing that killing an FBI Agent is a Federal crime, and that more than likely it was done during the commission of another crime, it would be Capital Murder...

Probably life in prison, or the death penalty, in jurisdictions that have that. I would assume it would be similar to any other murder sentence.
