all these lead to a lower dollar since foreign dollar investors can make more money with the Pound, Euro, Yuan, Yen and even now the Canadien Dollar

Its an age old principal of 'redistribution of wealth'

The middle class joins the poor and on the most wealthy remain rich.....richer even.

Elaborate on the policies please? You do realize that the dollar abroad is effected by trade deficits and foreign tariffs and several other mitigating factors? Or is this an econ 101 homework question?
