DO you believe that a protest really needs to include a woman in a government building with ketchup or whatever on her hands? Probably packets from the concession in the building. If you want to prove a point why exactly do you degrade yourself and PT lost? Any thoughts.

The Washington Post ran a recent story by reporter Jonathan Weisman that pointed out that failure by Democrats to respond to voters' anger about illegal Aliens could cause them serious problems at the ballot box next year.

You can read from some of these quotes in a story that began with the example of a really solid Democratic seat being seriously challenged recently by a Republican who stressed toughness on illegal Aliens.

"This issue has real implications for the country. It captures all the American people's anger and frustration not only with Illegal Aliens, but with the economy," said Rep. Rahm Emanuel (Ill.), chairman of the House Democratic Caucus and an architect of the Democratic congressional victories of 2006.

"It's self-evident. This is a big problem. ... For the American people, and therefore all of us, it's emerged as the third rail of American politics,"

Republicans, sensing a major vulnerability, have been hammering Democrats, and they just don't get it !!

Who does the land of Israel/Palestine belong to? The Jews or the Arabs? And why?

Both have legitimate claims, but what is the best and most feasible solution for the problem? And who has the more logical claim to the land if there has to be sole propriety?

Is the Two-State Solution feasible, given the desires and demands of the very nature of the argument?

Will there ever be peace?

At first look it seemed like the left wing deal where they make a mountain out of nothing and the left wing media runs with it. You know you cannot have freedom of speech without them twisting it. Also they can say anything or do anything they want and nothing is said. But when you look at this, this guy is an elected official that's a top dog in Washington and he ran with a bogus story.

Should Rush sue the guy? The scary part is tht this guys informatin must have come from some left wing outlet and it was not only wrong, but a mean spirited lie. What if the guy gets some more bad information and runs up to Bush's office and tires to push the button?

No this has gone too far and he must be removed. He also took up valuble timeon the floor and then had 40 other ones waste time signing it, when they could have been doing congressional work. What about Rush's DIGNITY!

This is serious America, he must have a psychological examine and then put out to pasture.

how did 18 come to be the "legal" age to be an adult. is this most countries ?
i'm thinking maybe 14 to drive and 16 "legal" age to be an adult.
i'd hold 21 to drink though. 16 may sound young but these kids are smart and i think they could do great. i'm just wondering your thoughts.

by politicizing the issue himself? not to mention all the conservatives on here who have been posting the question over and over ever since limbaugh said it. seems a little hypocritical, doesn't it? blaming someone for politicizing an issue, and then politicizing that issue yourself

in traffic court and you cant afford a lawyer but you know your right. What if you wont plea bargain with the court for a lesser charge either?

And does anyone know how much a no turn on red is in the state of NY ?

i have recently closed a bank account to whome my wages were getting paid in and i have had a bit of bothe opening anotherone the first week my employer give me a cheque and its been two weeks now and my employer has said that they carnt pay me until my bank account is open i get paid wkly is this legal???????????

when I went back it didn't have a heading. It was on the Legislative and Judicial Branches and they were worried it was taking the form of Fascism. What is, if any conservative values that you do believe in. I am a strong conservative, but I believe that we should not be so hasty with the way we use energy, I do not quite swallow the whole Global warming thing but I think that as our population grows we need to find better sources of energy and we need it NOW. I want more MPG, I want more energy efficient appliances and houses, I want CFL bulbs and tank less water heaters and on and on. Do you share any conservative ways of thinking???

Here is the situation: I got a service dog in Jan. I rent and the landlord didn't know anything about the laws. Well, anyway needless to say I had to gather up all the info etc. So, since then the manager and I DONT get along what so ever. I had the dog out today for a little bit and was talking with the neibhors when a gal came to look at an empty appartment. After she was done the manager came and told me that I can't take the dog outside around the complex what so ever because she doesn't want to explain my situation since there is a firm no dogs policy. Is there anything I can do about what she said about my dog not being allowed outside?

Will the US Government ever apologize on the behalf of the hippy Libs who disgraced themselves by spitting on men of honor?
States have apologized to the black community for slavery, the US Government has apologized to Japanese Americans for the camps in WWII.
Why is no one saying sorry to those who have truly suffered, and still honored their country? Many of our Vietnam Vets are still alive to hear it. Come on, Libs, prove you love your country. Say sorry to the Vets you spit on.

I know that if someone sells drugs to an undercover cop, they are busted pure and simple. But I recently heard of someone who was busted for trying to buy drugs from a narc.Isn't it entrapment if a cop offers to sell crack to someone? David Lee Roth was busted in Washington Square Park some years ago for trying to buy weed. It wasn't that he was spotted buying it by a cop but the cops were doing the selling. How could they do that? I'm not condoning drug use, but this doesn't seem ethical. Explain?

I have to go to traffic court tomorrow. I havent had a ticket in 15 years. It was for no turn on red. I know i didnt turn on red on this street because I watched a 3 car accident in this spot this summer and am overly cautious there and driving in general because I have kids and value their lives. I dont know what to expect and financially cant afford high ins and a big fine.
