when I went back it didn't have a heading. It was on the Legislative and Judicial Branches and they were worried it was taking the form of Fascism. How do we find out what will put us on the 'enemy combatant' list on Internet when FB Ihas announced war protesters will be put on Criminal DataBase(before anyone doubts this just look it up)?

In a free society, being a dissident is not illegal and you should have nothing to worry about. In the America we live in today, who knows. Look up Rex 84, which was a planning excersize revealed during the Iran/Contra hearings that involved rounding up a list of dissidents in the event of an emergency. But if we have to worry about getting rounded up because we disagree with government policy, we're all pretty much screwed anyway whether we're on the list or not, so don't worry about it so much. Do you plan on laying down and letting it happen if you're not on the list? I don't.

beats me, but good thinking to ask your friends at Yahoo!Answers as a matter of record.

Don't worry; if the FBI were to investigate you, they would look up all of your other internet research and other files. And, if that website visit was an isolated incident, I doubt they would waste their time with you.

My advice? Stay off any links that look suspicious, and don't believe everything you see on the internet.
