Our currency was once backed by gold ,and our currency
was once backed by silver .Our currency is low in value
compared to the yen .The Federal Reserve is not a
Federal agency ,and it is controlled by the wealthiest
families in the country .If the Federal Reserve prints
more currency ,our currency decreases in value .If the
Federal Reserve decides to print 2 or 3 times the amount

My mother has been in the US for 20 years (all of which have been legally) and is going to take the test end of October 2007. What can she expect? Will the history questions be in Spanish? I know when I took mine I had to write a short sentence in English, would she need to do the same? She's good at comprehension when spoken to but not at writing.

I cannot afford a lawyer, and legal aid does not "do" civil law or personal injury cases/law suites. I am a Canadian.
I was served the law suite 3 days ago and have 17 days to prepare a defence (according to the law suite guidelines).
In Short: I was in a car accident Jan.2006. It is debatable to whom was at fault. My opinion is we were both at fault. We both were taken to the hospital. She "t-boned" me. Anyway, the police investigated, took a report. At the accident site she acted hysterical and the officer said he didn't understand why she was overreacting so much. He also told me that she was in a car accident just 3 weeks prior. Now she is trying to blame me for her injuries, when it is very possible that this could've started in her previous crash. Both her cars were write-offs. My insurance lapsed.
This is a very brief version of what took place.
Besides handing in my letter of "intent to defend". What do I need and how do I go about it, in order to defend myself?

I was rear ended a few months ago by a young girl who was leaving work. I was stoped at a stop light when she hit me. I had a friend of mine with me who witnessed the whole thing. She did stop, and produced all of her information, and begged me not to call the cops (she had a dwi, and was afraid she would lose her occupational license), and i took pity and didn't (because the damage wasn't severe). She also asked that I give her the opportunity to pay it out of pocket. Long story short, after I gave her the estimate, she stopped returning my phone calls. I went ahead and filed on her insurance, who has denied my claim. They say my friend is not viable due to him being a friend and a passenger, and she claims it never happened. They cannot look at her car, they told me she was in another accident a month ago and her car has already been fixed. Now I am at a impasse, and not sure what to do...

All politics aside don't be led into thinking that race is not a issue. It always is and you know it. We had to fight to get African Americans in every office of importance in the US. If you let white america make you think that you should vote on experience or anything else. White America will say get over it and that your vote should not be based on race, but just look at their history of not giving a fair chance to minorities and you will know where your vote should go.You will make sure that your son or daughter has no chance of ever being President if this man does not receive the nomination.

Everyone would be required to dress the same, everyone gets paid equally regardless of job or rank, everyone gets treated with the same care (education, heath, and food) equally, even if it's just basics, nobody is treated superior or inferior, everyone is told what to do and everyone has the same rights, etc. So, do you think it would be ideal? Would you like to live in this world? Why or why not?

Why is here defending the Jewish race globally and not any other races? I'm not suggesting it's bad, but why it's exclusivity? Being the president of America, should his main interest be to defend Americans globally and not of a certain race??

and why is 'anti-semitism' even a word? why is there no word for racism against whites, blacks, asians, hispanics...??

I keep reading on here that a lot of people have a problem with the word illegal!
When a person commits a crime what they are doing is illegal!
Why can't we just call a spade a spade?
It's just a word being used correctly in most cases here!
Please tell me what's the problem?
Thanks!

The insurence info that the other party provided does not exsist! So we can't collect it through insurence. I tried to call her but she keep avoiding me. Now we are taking her to small claims court! we have pictues, witness statements. But what happens if she does not show up? What other actions can we take legally? How will the police contact her to make sure she shows up in court?? Any other advice???? Thank you. We are college students and really dont have any money for lawyers!

What do you think about this?? http://www.military.com/NewsContent/0,13319,152237,00.html
I’ll summarize for all you lazy people, basically the article says that the US Army is extending its Basic Training from 9 to 10 weeks for all five training stations starting Nov. 9. I think this is a good thing but the Army should extend it Basic at least 2 to 3 weeks, at least for the Infantry and Mechanized Infantry. So that way they can be sure that those soldiers have learned there tasks and have more time to training in urban combat. What do you think??
