Nope...you didn't pay for your upbringing, Mom did. She therefore has the right to sue.

Too late. Your mom should have reported him to the district attorney as a dead beat dad if he was hit with a court order to pay the child support. Sorry.

No, that is up to your mother.
You could possibly sue him in a civil court.
