At the end of WW11 many nations disbanded their battle hardened Jungle troops who served in the various African, Asian and Pacific compaings. It predominately being the still intact British Empire that retained its Jungle troops comprised of various commonwealth units in-concert with its own.

The Malayan war necessitating their active deployment in a bitter jungle war of almost 30 years.

At the same time Indo China tensions mounted leading to the demise of the French in the 50's. Thus the foundations of the Vietnam War were laid and unknowingly not even remotely considered.

Deterioration erupted into the Vietnam War & America hasted to the rescue bereft of its WW11 Jungle Combat Veterans Many nations remained on the sidelines.

Appealing for help the USA's WW11 former allies offered Instructors, small troop contingents to initially retrain US soldiers in Jungle warfare.

The US Military still refuses to acknowledge this and the service of countless FN's. Why?

These are a few instances I can think of. *Coming in to work when a dr. said I could lay out for a back problem and forced to hand load a tractor trailer.*Asking for help with my job but never recieving.*Being cheated out of time = $ when the other same color guy got his time. The latest cost me my job. I'm a Korean-American male. I work in a predominately black and white company. I'm basically the only guy in my department and I always get pulled off my job to help someone else. The supervisor told me to get in the trailer and help load. I told him I had a lot of work and didn't have time to do it if I do. Forced me to then told him I had to go because of other matters. I stayed 30 extra minutes then had to go. Ask the sup. to help again he lied to me. I left and he said I was abandoning my job. I lost my job over it but other guys have done the same and nothing was done to them. I have a union job but fear that I will get harassed Should I contact the EEOC?

So why then do Democrats want to raise taxes at every turn. Do they not understand simple economics. Even Bill Clinton was not bad on taxes, and Arnold actually lowered taxes in California to curb the debt and it did wonders. Why then the stupid tax talks from the left........is it all about power, wealth distribution???

I find that the US Government does not practice what it preaches for example why is there an age discrimination law that does not apply to the military or the FAA or any other federal job? Another instance is found in the bill of rights I believe that no person can be jailed for owing a debt, so why are so many people jailed for child support and IRS debt? Please elaborate.

I understand that we have a trial by peers, but why would you want someone listening to your case who probably won't pay attention, won't care, and while doze off? We should establish a system where people volunteer for jury duty. Don't say people wouldn't do that, because people volunteer for the army, so why not this? Having a jail sentence for not complying with being FORCED to do something seems hypocritical to the American government way. Just an opinion.

I bought a car in August of 06 from what I have found out is a piss-poor dealership. Anyway, I did not have good credit, and no co-signer. But I have an excellent income, so the dealership decided they would finance me. I admit, I bought the car on a whim. I now wish I didn't, although I love my car. Anyway, I have been paying $436.50 a month on this vehicle. Never late. I mail checks, there has never been a bounced check. Payments have been 100% satisfied for a year now. The other day I got a call from the dealership stating there was a cancellation on my car insurance, which was not true. What had happened was they changed their address and it was time for my insurance to renew so the renewal never got sent to the dealership. But I contacted my broker who called the dealership and verified I have never had a lapse in coverage. The next day the dealership called me back and asked me to bring my car in and update my records as they were remodeling their business and turning

I'm graduating in spring 2008 with a BA in CJ. I would love to join the FBI/DEA/Secret service with in the next 5 yrs. I'm aware of the special critical skills one needs such as: accounting/language/computer science. Sadly, i do not fit into that criteria and I can't afford, being a civilian, to further my education with a masters. My plan is to join one of the branches to gain valuable military experience that would make me a canidate for a government job. In addition to enlisting which branch would be better for being able to continue my education while in service. I currently work as a pharmacy technician. I would love to work as a special agent or intel in the military and as a government job.I hope i have given enough information for those who are trying to guide me through my inquires. Any suggestions?

Thank You i appreciate it in advance.

I've got a hunch huckabee will win the south. he is drawing a lot of support in iowa and new hampshire and people in the south will realize that there guy has a chance to get the nom. i know giuliani has cal wrapped up, but still, getting control of the south is a huge advantage for huckabee. He's got a real shot at getting the nom, and he will beat hillary if he gets a shot.
