citizens of Jamaica tend to take matters into their own hands before the lawmen arrives, sometimes resulting in the death of the criminal. but some people are saying it should not be so and some said it should be because justice is not being served satisfactorily in Jamaica. so i asked is vigilante or lawful justice the way to go? (killing, robbery, hit and run, rape etc.)

what type of justice? from whom? government or Jamaicans?
there are two gangs, international from Jamaica.
the hulleyman and the gulleyman.
there may be more now this was back in the 90's. the so called alliance between the crips and the bloods in California was because the feud between the turf for drug control. the feud was settled because the jamacian posse moved into la and started a war with the crips and bloods o control the drug trade. the crips and bloods settled that the jamacians could bring in the drugs while the crips and bloods over saw it's distribution.

so action to be taken aginst whom? posse or government?
