cops came about two weekends ago as we pulled up to the house they where looking for someone who is a related to the owner and who used to live here but no longer does. we let them search the house, but as they were leaving they asked why do you have so many camera? we said because we had stuff stolen from us then they left.

I know WHY, like the history behind it and all that, but why does it persist. China is communist and we do business with them. Even when Hurricane Katrina came and hit New Orleans, Cuba offered additional help and doctors and the U.S. turned it down. It's like get the "F" over it, quit acting like a baby and mend things. Plus schools brainwash students making them think Cuba is such a harsh place and it's a country that needs help which is nonsense. I'm not Cuban but I just think it's rediculous. Does anyone have anything to say about it, I don't know it just makes me so angry.

Why are there certain states that politicians focus on? Don't we vote for our candidate on super tuesday, do certain states just get first pick, or do only certain states get to vote?

on ebay one guy name steve rip me off like $2000 for a ncr cash register and me that he did not get the payment i have contacted paypal and they say that paymnet was send to the seller and he is not repliying me back so what to do i have done the claim but that does not work either and i if i sue him why i have to pay for it.
it was his fault right i think ebay paypal should close and i will also sue them

As far as I'm concerned, he's done the best he could for the country. I definitely can't see how this President is as bad as liberals make him out to be. They always seem to take everything he does and put a negative spin on it. I guess they have to resort to that because they are so frustrated with the Democrat controlled Congress (which has an 11% approval rating) that has accomplished nothing.

So I've been stuck into a horrible situation. My roommate has used and abused me so much I am finally kicking her out. She has only paid $200 out of the $1,200 worth of rent over the months. She was in a hard situation with jobs and what not I let it slide and helped her out only to get screwed in the end. Now her stuff is at my house still.

What can I do with it?

I've heard after 30days it becomes my property due to abandonment and if that happens I should file a report with the police to cover my bases.

Can I with hold her stuff for rent money? Like an exchange... Money for her stuff? I read you can't but the internet can lie and I'd like to know what you guys/gals know.

Opinion: Should I change my locks? I fear she'll steal my stuff and made many photographic records of what is mine. She is hard to find if she was to disappear and I fear i'm going to get screwed since I don't have insurance on my stuff... I'm a college student. So yeah...

What are your thoughts?

OK, my husband is in the Army Reserves and recieved a call asking if he would be interested in a stateside deplyment. I have not heard this term before, and I have been around the military my whole life. I understand the two seperately, but not as one term.
Is this a common term for the reserve, and what does it mean?
Please List any sources you may have since I recieved so many different answers yesterday.

When you are on probation should you not have the right of trial or hearing before being found guilty of an additional offense that you are accused of by the probation court judge? Then having to sit in jail waiting for your actual hearing for the new offense?

i know of someone who was on probation - non violent offense - going to classes, passed all UA's and doing all above and beyond what was required - on his way home from his brothers an "officer" followed him and his fancy little Harley truck for approx 3/4 of a mile - dash cam on - no irratic/unlawful driving - pulled him over and started looking for drugs - found none - said - I think I smell alchohol -I watched the dash cam - passed all the street tests - but arrested for suspicion of dwi - probable cause for pulling him over? Going 50 in a 45 mph zone after following him and acknowledging no irratic driving. Motion to revoke issued - Probation judge sent him away two months before hearing for new "offense'. Why?
