I'm doing casebook for law, but having problems finding a common law case. i want one from the internet not a text. thanks 4 any help.

Any case decision issued by a court (in the US, England, or Australia, among others) is a common law case.

Common law is the law (other than statutes) that applies within a jurisdiction based on the way cases have been decided.

So, you can go to any website that provides case holdings -- FindLaw.com is one of many resources.

while you're going to be able to find some common law cases all over the place, i'm assuming that you are looking for one that says something more specific. what are you trying to find case law about?
