Student council help!!!!?

What are some things that your student council did/does that you like??? I'm not elected yet, I'm running.

The student council sponsors projects that are good for the students and make representations with the school administration to address the concerns of the students.

I like that they sponsor a family at Christmas, do things for the troops, and help with other things at school.

I don't like that we're not very organized when it comes to programs. Assemblies and such should be planned in advance.
