The white race is still the supreme race in the USA. Yes, the USA is a multiculture society, but I think the whoever is in the supreme race should be president. Part of a president's job is to represent the country and black people consist of 10% of the USA population. I do not think a woman should be president. If our country goes to war then I would feel better if a male president is in office...

Unless Edwards fails to impress me with his solutions to the present issues then I would vote for him.

Tonight, At my work (Im a stripper) I bought a 20 yr. old a beer, He looked 25, You have to show Picture ID to enter, The bouncers ck. as you enter. Well an under cover cop saw it grabed my arm pulled me in the back screamed at me nose to nose, I was saying YES SIR. and NO SIR trying to tell him I didnt know he was uder age, I thought he was over 21, He said he didnt care. Ive been charged with Unlawful Transaction with a minor, It sounlds so bad..He also said I might have to go to jail for 1 yr. He was so hateful and rude. (I really didnt know ! ) You cant enter if your NOT 21. I just want to know, Why was he so mean and will he be in court the day I have to go? and can he re yell at me? At one point I thought he was going to hit me. But he didnt. I left crying and Im still crying, I dont know what happened to the young guy.

My husband left me and is keeping my son from me and staying at his mother's house. We are still married and divorce isn't an option right now due to finances and time. If I just go get him and take him to my new home with me, can I be arrested? We're still married so we both have custody. Is it kidnapping? If the police are called, what would they do in that situation? Please help me before I get myself into alot of trouble trying to get my baby back.

My last crime was 2 years ago but it was pretty serious...forgery.....I went to jail and got probation. I have paid everything back right away. I also have many other crimes all in the past though. Arson, theft, possession with intent to deliver thc 22 grams, all of these crimes were done over 6 years ago. I am a pretty good person even though I have had these problems. I love to help people without personal gain but pride that I did it. I don't brag about what I've done bad or good. I am frustrated that my past is catching up to me. I accept the fact I have hurt people and maybe thats why I like to help people now. I have not found god or anything so that isn't it. I would just like employers to look beyond my crimes and see the great person I am. Normally if I get the interview I get the job. But I can't even get an interview. I am also in a new town now and away from all the trouble with friends I had...No problems here though!! I am getting depressed more and more with every turn.

If it helps I live in Oklahoma at a job with 3 employees where I have been working for 8 months. The boss is the owner so we dont have an HR. I have been out with my child 4 day where I took her to the dr each time, and out for myself 4 days with some pre cancer cells removed.

Its such a long story as to why he just started this after working for him for just over a year. Basicly .....he had me working extra to remodel his new office. removeing carpet ,stripping and refinishing a 50 + year old fireplace mantle ,2 door frames,and 2 window seals. Sometimes he kept me there for 15 hours a day. Not only did I have to do all that, I also had to do his grocery shopping ,(his housekeeper had a heart attack ( go figure) running him all over town ( lowes,ollies,furniture stores,cleaners,............AND using my car !! And never offering me gas money. Having to borrow money for gas from my mom, $75 one week ! Between 40 - $75 weekly to run him around . I worked an extra 98 hours in 5 weeks on top of my 15 I normaly work cleaning the church, which I had to fit in.
He knrw I was working all these hours,but when it came down to paying me he took a fit and yelled at me for taking too long to do the room ! So now im on the hit list. No respect , everything i do is wrong

House members allied with the domestic steel industry blasted the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Thursday for building a fence on the Mexican border with Chinese steel.

“By allowing the use of Chinese pipe [a type of steel], DHS is allowing the U.S. taxpayer to subsidize Chinese production at the expense of the American workers,” Rep. Phil English (R-Pa.) said at a press conference. “This is completely unacceptable.”

“This is outrageous, it’s offensive and it’s unacceptable,” charged Rep. Jason Altmire (D-Pa.).

English displayed photos of a portion of the border fence from San Luis, Ariz., that shows pipes marked “China” holding the border fence in place. He said DHS’s Office of Congressional Affairs had indicated it had waived the so-called Buy American rules in order to use the Chinese pipe and tube. The rules normally require the use of U.S. steel in such projects.

The Office of Public Affairs referred questions to Customs Border Protection, which did not respond by press time.

GOP presidential hopeful Rep. Duncan Hunter (Calif.), who authored a bill signed into law last year mandating 850 miles of fence along the border, said DHS should have gone to U.S. producers to procure any necessary steel or pipe.

“The Department of Homeland Security has, the last time I checked, $800 million cash on hand available to build the border fence. So they don’t have to go and get cut-rate deals to build the border fence,” Hunter said. U.S. pipe makers can “easily” supply the products necessary for the fence, Hunter insisted.

He also criticized DHS for only building 5.11 miles of the “double-fence” required by his bill.

The lawmakers said they did not know if there was a bidding process that led to the use of the Chinese goods. They also said they were unaware if any U.S. companies bid for contracts related to the fence but were turned down.

Rep. Pete Visclosky (D-Ind.) said he was concerned about the safety of Chinese steel. However, when pressed, he and other lawmakers could not cite any specific safety problems that might result from the use of foreign pipe in a fence. Visclosky did note other safety issues that have recently come up with toys from China, while English said the use of Chinese inputs in U.S. infrastructure prompts broader concerns.

I'm a junior in high school, and we had the chance to take the ASVAB test today, and I really didn't know what it was, but I decided that it would get me out of class, and everyone else was taking it, so I did too. And after I took the test, everyone was saying that if we passed, then we could be drafted. Is that true? Because, I had no idea that was what the test was for, nobody has ever told me that, and nobody told us that before we took it. So, my question is, if I took the test, and passed, does that mean that I will be drafted, even if I don't want to be?
