This is a very common scam.
They want yor bank account information so the can access your account and steal all of the money in your account.
I get these daily.
I delete them
I recommend that you delete this or report it to your local District Attorney.

They are obviously trying to get your information so that they can empty your bank accounts and disappear into the great beyond, which generally ends in Nigeria these days
There is no such a thing as a "telephonic" conversation, and Barrister is an old time term for a lawyer in the United Kingdom.
Nothing is for free, you are not going to win anything. Report this and delete it.

I honestly have no idea what this is actually concerning, but I would certainly have a lawyer check into it before I sent them a thing!!! It sounds like a scam to me...........
