There was an actual study done on this and, as it turns out, Bill and Hillary failed to recollect significant events that effected not only his administration but the entire country as many times as Ronald Regan and Oliver North did. And the latter two weren't even married. Pretty creepy, huh?

i dont know or recall the answer to that and im telling the truth,seems like if they are so smart and wise they might rember more but they have to becarefull sometimes i think they really dont know for sure as they lie so much they cant rember the truth or are like a 3 year old scared to fess up.
