I realize that I posted evidence after some of the posts, but it's not like this is a new topic or that the posters are new to this forum.

Libs are really going too far on this one and I have to wonder if their present persecution of Kissinger isn't linked to the Anti-Semitic fervor that they are attempting to generate within this country.

Qualifications for becoming a patent lawyer?
I am a freshman at UC Berkeley and I am on the pre-med track. I am currently majoring in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Biochemistry. However, I have always considered becoming a patent lawyer. What are the qualifications? I know that one of them is to have a backround/undergraduate degree in science or engineering. Would a Molecular and Cell Biology major (with emphasis in Biochemistry) qualify for this? And what steps do I need to take? How many years of grad school and/or graduate school does it require? Thanks!!!

If you, can you give me the law or regulation that prohibits this action. Thank you so much. There is this lady who keeps advertising goverment jobs on our school forums. It's getting to be very tiring and irritating. I am thinking this is illegal. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am 18. My BF is 16. The Age of Consent in NY is 17.

My question is "can I legally shower with him (no penetration of any kind) before he is 17?

What about sleeping together with no sex?

If you could provide any laws or summaries I would appreciate it. I just don't want to break any laws. Thanks.

I work at Wal-Mart and we don't have security guards. If we catch a shoplifter we just call the police. The management watches the cameras. So does Walmart really have security guards?

I really like the way the libs once more utilized dark lighting, horror flick style music, over dramatizations, oh, so serious, stern voices and nothing that even touched upon the positive all the way through. So obviously slanted from the first frame. So unbalanced.

I wonder if those involved in an Inconvenient consulted on this film. It is definitely of the same genre. Scary.

The libs are truly wanting to hang one of the greatest foreign policy advisers this country has ever known. How sad is that?

They will probably one day scoop him up, and deliver him to his enemies amid a jeering crowd. Absolutely shameful.

I shouldn't really call it my "visitation" weekend, we have 50/50 shared custody right now. It is a temporary order, we go back to court at the end of this month, and neither of us has a copy of our current order (it was supposed to come by mail from his lawyer, and neither of us can get a copy from her), so if it "should" be in there, I have no way of telling.

I have to work on Sunday, for 6 hours, even though this is my weekend (we alternate) to spend with my 8 m/o son. My mother is coming up to spend the day with us, and will watch him while I am at work. My ex doesn't like my mother and has 1001 excuses why she should not be alone with him. They are all b.s. and I have no reason to believe my son shouldn't be with my mother, but my ex says he's coming to my house and taking my son while I am at work. Can he legally do that? I know for a fact that the court order is supposed to say we will alternate weekends, and that this is my weekend. Can I stop him? How?!

a couple days ago i went to get the mail and there was a mail from the sherrif department. The piece of mail belongs to my brothers girlfriend. i can see through the mail and it shows she has two violations plus a bail payment at $7,000 or risk immediate arrest. (something like that) I am totally shocked taht she would ever do anything...? Well my question is, dont you have to be in jail to post bail??? If she doesnt pay the bail would she go to jail? Also, i am a little bothered by it can i also go to the sherrif department and find out what she did? Only cos she is living with me. and also, can i tell them where she is now (like she is now in my living room eating my food)??? I mean really i would love to see her to go to jail...She needs to learn her lessons on whatever she did...

Ron Paul has been working to end the genocide being committed by the government of the United States (both the Democrat and Republican branches) against the Iraqi people. He has been working to get the troops out of harms way. He is a peacemaker who is trying to end the US policy of destabilizing the Middle East and provoking terrorism.

Al Gore has made a documentary about global warming (which is of dubious accuracy), which has absolutely nothing to do with peace. Shouldn't the Nobel Peace Prize have gone to Ron Paul and his supporters for attempting to end the War on Iraq?

A story I heard on the radio:

A husband & wife could not conceive a child because the husband had a low sperm count, so they obtain the strong sperm and put it in the wife and they had a child. The rest of the sperm was kept frozen.

The husband & wife divorced. The ex-wife wanted another child by her husband so the doctor implanted her again.

Then the mother has a second child and files for child support.

The father says he didn't have anything to do with fathering this child even though his sperm was used from the frozen bank.

So they go to court. The judge has to decide who the father of the child should be and choses the doctor to be the legal father because it was the doctor who impregnated the wife.

The doctor turns out to be a female doctor.

I found this story to be quite humorous but also leaves much room for discussion and thought.

So what are your thoughts?

They have several outlets that pander to the extreme liberal ideology, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS… They also bash Fox News. I guess if a news source which only portrays the leftist view 50% of the time is just unacceptable. I guess they are not aware Fox News has several liberal hosts. Alan Colems, Geraldo Rivera, the clown from Red Eye, Shepard Smith… just to mention a few. So when they ( liberals ) say Fox News lies, then I guess they are finally admitting that liberals lie. Even Dennis Miller washed his hands of the extreme liberal ideology. Let’s just stop the crap and talk about how we can clean the earth, end the war, repair the damage that self serving president Bush has caused. Let talk about the North American Union, and how if not addressed we will have to learn how to convert the amero.
