hi, this would be my first time to have something notarized so I'm still new on the process. First of all, I'd like to know where I could get my passport notarized or to whom shall i get it notarized. Then second, i'd like to know how the process goes (i.e. how much do i have to pay? how the person who does it, does it. and other important facts that I'll need to know). Thank you so much.

An eleven year-old boy (Jake Putney) lightly kicks a fourteen year-old classmate (Eddie Vosburg) in the shin just below the knee, intending to embarrass him but not to cause physical harm. Unknown to Putney, Vosburg had previously sustained an injury to the same area during a sledding accident. The kick aggravates the existing wound, and as a direct result, Vosburg permanently looses the use of his leg. Vosburg (Plaintiff) sues Putney (Defendant) for his injuries.

My question is how big is the negligence for the Putney?

Putney didn;t know anything about the injury occurred before.
How is going judge deal with this situation?

I don't know about you, but I'm not for goverenment intrusion on my right to eat something with high saturated fats.

Personally, I'm not a junk food eater.

Every once in a while though I spoil and eat something with high fat and grease, etc.

What's your opinion on this issue?

Do you want the government intruding on your right to eat some kind of foods with hydrogenated oils at a restaurant?

I think it's the responsibility of the person to control what he or she eats.

We don't need big Brother to help run our lives.

This is also another example of socialism. (Which is very bad for America)

GOD BLESS AMERICA!

just been watching a program on tv about murderers (not the best subject i know), but in the past they have punished this sort of crime with compliments of the electric chair and various other deadly punishments.
what baffles me is that one man has been sentenced to death for murder, BUT no matter what reasons or excuses are made when you flicked that switched on the electric chair to punish a man/women for there crime, even though it was for justice arent you still commiting an act a murder on a human being, and in a way doesnt this make them as bad as the person they are punishing, because at the end of the day it is still an act of murder

How ugly will this election get, especially after the nominations?

I think it's going to be the most divisive and hard fought election we've seen in our lifetimes. More so if it's say, Hillary and Rudy, but even barring both of them, it's going to be a dilly. What are your thoughts on this? Do you welcome such an election or does it make you feel tired just thinking about it?

My husband was not allowed to re-enlist until after the 1st of October becasue he was not able to collect his SRB until after the 1st of the Fiscal Year. His EOS is 10/27/2007. Apparently the SRB was not approved by Congress until later and he is still not able to get his re-enlistment until he is "Approved", if he can re-enlist until after his EOS date can he still get his SRB? Why is it taking so long to get this approved? Should we be concerned?

We all know by now that Marylin Manson just did his antics to get press and noticed. He just did the most outrageous thing to get attention... Isn't Ann Coulter doing the same thing, saying whatever she thinks is outrageous to get attention and sell her books, or do you believe she believes all the hate filled things she says?

His Daddy was cia chief and knew of the aliens captured at roswell so did he have his son created in a lab.with half his dna and half the aliens that were captured. i think so.
that would explain a lot of Bushs actions.

I'm sure tiny bits of progress has been made but nothing drastic, Zarkawi and Sadamm are dead, but dozens of more terrorist leaders have sprung up since. Why did VP Cheney say this comment knowing that it was nothing but an empty promise. I want the pro-war crowd to tell me what kind of progress has been made in which it make us seem like the insurgency may be in its last throes today. We know its not and if anything in 2005 the insrugency was just starting up and today another sovereign state (Turkey) is in direct danger because of this so-called "fatigued" insurgency.

Here's my situation...

Someone asked me to stop contacting him but I continued to do so because he owes money. He then went to the police and filed a "communication harassment" against me, and vowed to sue me if I kept contacting me. There isn't a charge...only a report.

Is his words to tell me not to contact him enough for the court to see that I violated that even though he owes me money?

Shouldn't it only be a violation if he has already filed a lawsuit against me?

He has hired a lawyer but and has copied him on his emails to me, but his lawyer has not spoken a word. I have not been advised that papers have been served for a lawsuit.

Hope answers are greatly appreciated.

Supposedly 9 inaccuracies were found in his movie.

Here's a link:

http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/article-23416151-details/Judge+attacks+nine+errors+in+Al+Gore's+'alarmist'+climate+change+film/article.do

But just these supposedly inaccuracies I have read and viewed in many other documentaries. I personnally can't believe that all these people are lying.

Any opinions on this?

Young black kid died after receiving a beating which made him unconcious and then he died a day later because of a undiagnosed blood disorder. The kid was a juvenile offender in a florida police military style boot camp to correct him. the guards and nurses were not guilty for manslaughter in the trial today.

My question is how can it be legal for florida to run a boot camp for juvenile offenders and BEAT the JUVENILES and its legal yet during my military days, when I was in boot camp (2002) the real military, the training instructors are not allowed to lay a hand on you without your permission, let alone hitting you?

amazing, your educated thoughts? what is wrong here.
