And is there a test to see if someone is driving while under the influence of marajuana? Like the alcohal breath-o-liser?

a DUI Charge for driving under the influence...and if you are in possession then it gets rough...it goes by weight and then according to state, city, municipality...laws...as far as a test...no if you are driving impaired they can take you in for a blood, or urine test but as far as I know there are no roadside tests for drugs...that is why a DUI

The penalties are different in every state. You would get a DUI and depending on what you were doing when you got pulled over you could serve jail time. If they suspect you to be high while driving they will arrest you and do urine tests at the station. If there is any drug in your system you will get a DUI.
Marijuana stays in your urine for a few days so you could still get a DUI even if you were not actually high at the time.

The same as drunk driving. First they would do a field test by checking your eye response to light, take into account any obvious smell and ultimately be taken to the hospital and have blood drawn for testing.

Before or after you kill someone or yourself.All states differ.I can see you are under the influence now by asking this question.The penalty doesn't have to happen.You and your friends stay away from drugs.

The 5-0 got a thing now that u put on ur eye and it can tell by the liquid on ur eye...Dont be swervin and youll be fine...its only illegal if you get caught
