Well, I'm in agreement with the 2nd David. You ask about getting "their" money back. You can't get someone else's money that was held as evidence, even if the case was dismissed. The owners of the money that was seized as evidence must go to the district attorney's office and fill out the paperwork to claim this money. They will have to show proof of identity. In some cases, seized monies are never returned, even if the case has been dismissed. Good luck.

Go to the police station and ask for it...there may be some paperwork to fill out. And by all means, bring all the court paperwork...there should be something stating that the case was dismissed....because if there's money involved, they'll sure try their best to keep it.
