can some one ask the proactive Judiciary to look deep such exceptions in the name of eliticism cis -a-vis 5 star culture in the same society where more than the billion strong populce is starving. Where society held custody by the bad and elite enjoying their life at incredible @ 60 India at NY at the cost of the indian tax payers and tax evaders.

I totally understand the concerns that a terrorist or a bad person might join and commit terrible crimes but with an extensive background check, why is that not enough, and who's to say that American citizens and green card holders can't be terrorists and commit crimes inside the military?

there are many people that really want to join including myself but because they don't have a green card, they cant join. the US military is very thin and if a green card wasn't required I'm sure there would get many more recruits.

My boyfriend is illegal, he's been here for 11 years. I really do love this man,and it's nothing to do with his situation..but I want to marry him or get him married to a U.S. citizen,so he can be legal..What do I do? Is it legal for the media to play or post on a website 911 tapes with your phone number in it? as an example you call to report a crime and the 911 operator says to you " your name is john smith and your phone # is 555-1234" then the tape is uploaded (unedited) on to the internet website of tv station or news paper.
