Should American's keep their mouth's shut and their own personal beliefs to themselves, since illegal-immigration has now become almost uncontrollable at this time? With the given set of circumstances, should American's take a more passive stance such as "If you cannot beat'em, join'em" for the betterment of all concerned? Perhap's America should just open our border's to any and all who wish to come and those here, share what they have with those that arrive with their hands out by giving all they have to give of their worldly possessions to the new arrivals, thus showing our true compassion for mankind and those who are different than ourselves and so eager to receive their new found wealth?

i live in a low income apartment and i was told that i needed to change the carpet and i had to pay for it. i don't mind but i want to make sure it is legal. the carpet was slightly damaged but not really. my mother had lived there before me and her cat damaged it, they never bothered to change it before but now she moved out and passed the lease to me. now they are telling me that i need to pay for it because they will get introuble with their managment when they inspect it next week. my manager told me that we had to pay for it cause we had damaged it but i consider it fishy because that carpet had been damaged for 3 years already, which i've only been living there for 1. should i pay for the replacment?

i was wondering what kind penalties im facing if im being charged with prohibition under 21 (first degree misdemeanor), open container (minor misdemeanor), and littering (third degree misdemeanor). this is my first run in with the law so i think that should help. if any has had any experience in this type of situation, i would appreciate the insight. also, im not looking for someone to try and make them self feel better by commenting on a situation that they have no idea about and tell me that underage drinking is wrong, b/c i know it is and kinda was screwed over in the situation. if it helps, it happened in columbus ohio.

when such an act is prescribed in Article I, Section 9, clause 2 of the Constitution, which states, "The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."

Are liberals themselves attempting to undermine the Constitution and should they be hung for treason?

In the streets of Vancouver, a sample of ten in an area would only result to around 3 caucasians. So how come the non-caucasians ar considered a "visible minority" when they are becoming a majority in Vancouver?

What will you call a White Brazilian who has a colored mother and a Caucasian father? Is he/she a visible minority too even though she is white?

They cry sexism whenever a willingful hot woman in a bikini contest is paraded in front of her fans, racism whenever not enough minorities are hired on to fill affirmative action quotas wether they are truly qualified for the job or not anyways.Or even whenever some bad guy terrorist with the Taliban gets a few electrical shocks for refusing to let out answers on that U.S. Naval Base we got in Cuba!

There are Black extremists, White extremists, Heterosexual extremists, Israeli extremists, Islamic, and so on.

Yet somehow, if one is gay, it is impossible to be an extremist? Can we have some honest debate or are we going to drift down the river of the Nile?

I'm in my first semester of college and it's been my plan all along to do ROTC so I can become an officer when I graduate. I know this might sound dumb, but tonight I watched United 93 and it just got me so angry that i'm not sure I can wait any longer to serve. I'm considering enlisting in the Navy when the semester is over. Any advice on what I should do?

This is my big fear. With gay marriage now being legal, what's to stop them from hiring lawyers and charge the Church with discrimination or human rights abuses for refusing to marry homosexuals?

About how christian religon is fake, how the government controls up, WAKE UP. I watched this and it scared even me. If you have about 2 hours to spare watch this. This is so much bigger than us, bigger than tv, bigger than being cool, bigger than people we know. Inform yourself and pass this on. This is insane.

My son got out of the military after serving his 4 years.
Three years later, after a marriage and a newborn, the military recalled him. His prior MOS was a Topographer.
They changed it this time to Infantry. Is that fair?

I mean those that fight hardest for tougher laws against sex offenders. Are they actually guilty of something?Makes you wonder.Jessica Lunsford's father had kiddie porn on his PC.So he can technically be a sex offender. As well as his son who had relations with an underage girl. Why doesnt the media focus on that aspect? This is true about many thing like BIGOTS who spew hate of JEWS,HOMOS,and other ethnic groups when they are in fact part of that group.

Hi all,

I am trying to sue my apartment management company since their employee (my on-site apartment manager) got into my apartment without my permission and stole lots of my personal and financial information and committed lots of fraudulent charges.

My question is: How do I find a good lawyer who specializes in this case? I would also like to know how/where I can find lawyers who are willing to take on a case for a portion of the reward rather than an upfront fee. I am living in the bay area, California.

Any help/information is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
