i was wondering what kind penalties im facing if im being charged with prohibition under 21 (first degree misdemeanor), open container (minor misdemeanor), and littering (third degree misdemeanor). this is my first run in with the law so i think that should help. if any has had any experience in this type of situation, i would appreciate the insight. also, im not looking for someone to try and make them self feel better by commenting on a situation that they have no idea about and tell me that underage drinking is wrong, b/c i know it is and kinda was screwed over in the situation. if it helps, it happened in columbus ohio.

best suggestion is to go to court and SEEM GENUINELY SORRY for your indiscretions. Judges are people too and if you show true remorse and say how sorry you are and that it will not happen again and promise to try to help others who have a booze issue, the judge may take pity on you and only give you probation, but if you are a smart A$$ and try to give the judge a hard time and tell him you know what you were doing and are mature enough to make your own decisions, he will probably throw the book at you.
