In the streets of Vancouver, a sample of ten in an area would only result to around 3 caucasians. So how come the non-caucasians ar considered a "visible minority" when they are becoming a majority in Vancouver?

What will you call a White Brazilian who has a colored mother and a Caucasian father? Is he/she a visible minority too even though she is white?

Minority groups must not be discriminated but must be equal with the Whites.

Minority is a crappy word used by people to put down others in a country. They go, "I'm a majority and you're a minority. This is my home and you're an immigrant."

Trust me, I've been through all that. Really, they hold no actual meaning.
