Yes, I feel that I have touched on a subject, which in with people have many questions, can not afford legal advise, but I feel people should be able to at least be able to share their experiences-- and their knowledge. Dear Yahoo, please help me with this situation, I am not out to bring down the legal system (even if I could).

I have little patience for people who insist they are taiwanese, they are independant, and that they are in no way related to the chinese.

Taiwan cannot be independant for many reasons. Although it has its own growing economy and is efficient in many ways, it isn't a country. The UN has been rejecting Taiwan because of this reason. It is stupid to think that United States will go to war for Taiwan if China does feel the need to use military. United States and China are both part of the forever members of UN, they would not go to war with each other because of that and many other reasons.

Also, if the taiwanese are not chinese, how come they write and speak chinese? Don't give me crap about Taiwanese and how it's a language, because it's really Min nan, which is from the Fujian province of China.

I'd like to hear your thoughts about the subject as it is a very controversial topic. Have reasonable reasons and proof.

the answer shoulde be based on the following example, a person purchased a house from a seller 2 years ago. on the continunity of habitation, he discovered cracks, which were attributable to the negligient passing of plans by local authority. instead of carrying out repairs, he sold his defective house and recovered loss against what the value would have been without the defects.

predict the judgement of the case if the buyrer filed a case against the local authority with the support of relevant decided cases?

demostrate the nature of the above case and explain whether the local authority would be sued under the law of contract?

I think that an American deserves respect no matter what party he or she is from. For the most part, I am conservative in my views. But, there are plenty of democrats putting their lives on the line for me and my country. For that I'm thankful! Now why should I hate anyone who is a democrat? There is really no reason! Why should a democrat hate me? Why can't someone say: "I respectfully disagree!?" Why not separate all rational ideas from both parties? I'm not saying that one should not stand up for what he believes in! But why not have an open mind? Politiical peer pressure has no affect on me. I believe in protecting the environment, and I also have alot of conservative views. I refuse to let my views be decided by anyone other than myself.

Please, no hate mail. Heres' my question.
From what I've read, to qualify as cyberstalking, you have to be harassing and/or threatening someone. The person who thinks they are being cyberstalked is first supposed to ask you to stop, then report your IP, and then file a charge - if I read right. Do they have to do all that, or can they go straight to a charge?
Some lady is charging me with cyberstalking. The communications I had with this person were never threatening, nor did I harass her. She never told me to stop talking to her. I never tried to find out personal information. All I did was take some pictures and her name. Could she really win a case against me for cyberstalking? Also, does taking her name and some of her pictures qualify as identity theft, or do you have to take more info than that? What is the penalty for breaking the copyright law (which right now, appears to be the only thing I did.)
Thank you SO much.
