I'm downloading Videos off of Veoh, (Videos that have copyright etc.) and I am making them into DVD's. I'm not going to distribute them/do public viewing etc. These videos are like the Naruto movies. I'm putting them on DVD to watch them later and stuff. Not to profit, but for like plane trips and stuff. Is this legal?

On these police shows, when I see the police let their dogs go and overdo their attacks!

Or when I see police over use their tazer guns on suspects, and take enjoyment on over using them!
I think all police actions should be filmed and recorded!

Top 5% of wage earners pay 53.25% of all income taxes. The top 10% pay 64.89%. The top 25% pay 82.9%. The top 50% pay 96.03%. The bottom 50%? They pay a paltry 3.97% of all income taxes. The top 1% is paying more than ten times the federal income taxes than the bottom 50%!

The bottom 50% is paying a tiny bit of the taxes, so you can't give them much of a tax cut by definition. Yet these are the people to whom the Democrats claim to want to give tax cuts. Remember this the next time you hear the "tax cuts for the rich" business. Understand that the so-called rich are about the only ones paying taxes anymore!

I had a defect with my kidney when I was younger, and I had it removed. I know for a fact that this is a disqualifying condition for joining the military, but I'm curious if I could get a waiver for it.

So, is there a chance that I'll be able to join the military? If so, how slim are those chances?

I know we had more than 4 million (does anyone know how many soldiers we had in WWll?). In Iraq, we have like 250,000 soldiers. How come we don't have more soldiers? And also Afghanistan? Why aren't we taking those measures that we took back then now? I believe we could've won these wars if we had more power. And why isn't the US doing more research for weapons and stuff, like WWll?

Since marriage is a religious institution, shouldn't the government NOT be involved with that. Shouldn't all couples be required to get a civil union license in order to gain the benefits and if they then care to formalize it with a religious "Marriage" then that is between them and their religion.
