We have a plutocracy. The Mayflower Compact was not a government-making document, but in a sense we have moved from a male-dominated landowner rule through a broader government involving the poor and women and have now returned to rule by rich white men.

Better than most, but way to much federal power now. Federal govt. needs to be much smaller and let the states govern themselves more.
