Why not just get A hot latin woman, sponsor her citizenship, and not ruin the whole wonderful democracy known as the United States.

Because we don't want them, why is that so hard for you to get? Americans do not want to be an empire, we never have. Even during the period of expansion there were discussions that we were becoming one and it needed to be avoided. We don't want to expand, we don't want colonies or any of that.
As for the women, you can say that about any country, there are hot girls from every group, so stop thinking with the head that doesn't have brain cells.

There are about 10 million who will be willing to drop an anchor baby .... and if the baby daddy is an american citizen all the better...
