I'm an Assitant Manager at a retail store and I work with two employees who both speak spanish and english fluently. Is it discrimination if they are speaking to each other, while on the clock, in spanish in front of me, since I do not personally speak spanish nor understand it? I believe it is but would like some other opinions. Maybe someone who knows the laws on that. Thank you :)

Chile is already in the deal with Canada and Mexico in case you didn't know. Now Bush wants to add Panama and Colombia to the North America one to counter balance.
A monetary fund is also being developed by the Socialist union.

i am tired of illegal LAZY MEXICANS crossing outr borders, along with the potential terroists who slip right into the country. why just last week my cousins boyfriend (brorder patrol guard) caught a bunch of stupid pplz trying to enter the us and poison our grain supply.
Not onl;y that, but illegal immigrants are poor, and onl foster their so called "music" and join gangs which have the silliest purposes i have ever heard of. so i came up with an insanely radical plan to stop illegal immigrants

if the chinese did it, we sure as hell can. i propse a conctrete wall 18 feet high and 25 feet thick, with electric wire on both sides, and sniper posts every 500 yards with living quarters for every team of 3 guards who live there. therefore, if any immigrants attempt to cross, bam bam bam you rot away. and for the coasts, for 12 miles out there will be robotic "defenders" which have recently come out, and use no people, stopping boats

With the situation involving Iran, I was wondering what exactly is needed to make a nuclear weapon? Could terrorists make nuclear weapons if they found out how to, because if all it takes is materials and money, they already have money and the materials would be easy to get from Iran.

Why is the US Congress debating a resolution about whether or not the killing of Armenians in turkey during WWI was genocide?

Why does it matter? It's not like the U.S. is going to do anything about it now because the U.S. needs Turkey.

Or am I misunderstanding the situation? Maybe it's NATO or the UN? I don't think so ... I think it's just the U.S.

My question is about profit. lets say you introduce a product to a certain area. You pay for shipping and you got a lot of other overhead. How much would you charge for the product you are selling. What is the business rules. 2 times, 3 times for the amount you purchased it for in whole sale. I need a deep insight form a business minded person. I am sure there is plenty of you out here. 1. she mentioned I don't get along with coworkers because of only 1 incident where my coworker escalated to the sups, I finally stood up to my coworker because she was always bossing me around and they never wanted to do anything about it, coworker is one of sups pet. 2. my boss stated that i am insensitive when it comes to cultural values, mis interpretation of an email, the email was sent accidentally to one of the sups that ran to manager, but the email was not
even a warning it was stated that it would not be part of my eval? No I need to write a rebuttal to state as my boss stated I put 120% on my work performance, I always help everyone in office,I give out all my help to new employees and I am more than willing to train new employees. Everyone gets along with me even the coworker with incident we talk now. I want to write a professional rebuttal on my eval so she can see it was not fair for her to write that I need improvement.
